  1. Would love if you could just add one photo block for before and one for after and fit more than one photo on it. Instead of needing multiple photo blocks, it would help documentation look cleaner and I could have all I need in one spot rather than lots of scrolling.

  2. There's too much to type sometimes to explain a situation. And sometimes it takes a while for someone to reach back out to you. Having someone on the phone could help make the process quicker and have a quicker solution

    Changing colors of blocks
    Duplicating blocks
    Run a report for all blocks on the calendar
    Select multiple employees at 1 time and select a date range

  4. Show open tickets under the patient's profile as well as in the sales view. A pop up letting us know there are still open tickets while closing the drawer would be great!

  9. Looking for this feature as we have Estheticians who also work front desk. If they are assigned as an Esthetician, they will show available on the calendar even if they are working as front desk. Need to assign different job roles per day in the employee scheduler.

  16. Our nail salon needs services to happen simultaneously so people can get their manicures and pedicures at the same time instead of back to back. The only way for clients to book this way online is through the Group appointment link, however since it is only themselves it’s not obvious enough and they book an individual appointment. Please allow us to change “group” to “multiple” and it should help this issue significantly!

  17. Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality

    There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

  18. Forms for cancelling or pausing membership

  19. Clients are receiving texts and emails asking how they enjoyed their visit even if the appointment was canceled. This makes it extremely uncomfortable especially if they were charged for a no show cancelation and then get that text. Bit like rubbing salt in the wound and we wind up with pretty nasty replies.

  20. Many client end up tipping assistant 5 cent instead of 5 dollars because they need to add 2 zeros. Could add an option for 3 different dollars amounts for assistant like, 5 $ 10$ or 20$ and custom amount.
