  1. Maimi Nail Bar has many clients that check-in and then go next door while they wait. They would love to have a "tech is ready" text notification option right from the appt.

  2. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  3. allow an easier way to input account credits. Rather than having to do a sale to place in client chart. As well as easily being able to see why a dollar credit was added, and being able to specific what it can be used on.

  4. allow packages to be able to connect to inventory. Over half of our packages are items we need taken from inventory, would be convenient to be able to create a pack that connects to products and not just services. this would eliminate having to create a offer, and letting the package be a specific price.

  5. We should be able to fix a product that was billed out incorrectly IF THERE is not price adjustment. Patient billing should reflect the correct product. This should not be a inventory adjustment only.

  7. It takes so long to edit the appointment and it's showing appointments all over after the clients have checked out because of all the add ons. If you had the ability to add services just as you would add a product it would be a game changer!

  8. If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.

  9. When opening the gallery to compare B & A the pictures (at least on an iPad) are tiny and hard to see.
    Please allow us to enlarge them in Blvd, or directly download them to iPad photos and we can use another app to compare them.

  10. on the checkout screen for rebooking if the clients had a screen that pops up with 3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 week rebooking that would help.

  11. We would like to see better charting options such as the ability to enlarge photo comparisons, do side by sides with a slideshow. We would also love to be able to have the charting say the product that we are charting and not just a number

    total guest count- I am currently manually adding them and haven't found a total anywhere else
    RTS total for the company- what percentage of my service sales is retail sales, what percent of my total sales is retail sales
    Prebook % for the company not just individuals

  20. when you click on an individual online booking, theres an option to make it as read. Sometimes there is not enough time to go through each booking so when theres 30+ bookings, its hard to organize which have been looked at/audited vs which are actually new and haven't been seen. Just a thought
