Sandbox Option to Help Plan Schedules
It would be great to have a feature where there is a sandbox mode or "fake" employee profiles that we can add to the calendar view to help plan and build schedules. As a salon with only a certain amount of stations available seeing profiles on the calendar helps me visualize and plan who I can put where, and when.

Improve Voucher Timing for Monthly Memberships
Add functionality to allow membership vouchers to be placed in the wallet at the start of each calendar month and remain active until the end of that same month, regardless of the client's individual billing or pay period. This change would address the issue where some clients need to redeem services before their payment has technically been processed—often due to provider availability—causing complications with voucher tracking and commission calculations. Ensuring vouchers are consistently visible and valid throughout the entire month would simplify administration and reduce billing discrepancies.

Be able to add Forms/Charts from desktop
I often use a laptop and ipad to chart at work. I am unable to add forms to chart on from the laptop/desktop version of Boulevard. Would be convienent and helpful to be able to do this from both devices.

Hi! My team and I are all having the same pain point within the boulevard system, especially when accessing the sales tab in boulevard. Whenever you pull up an order, there is no option to scroll from previous order or to the next. Instead we’re having to manually hit the back button, which never brings us back to the same spot we were before and have to begin the process all over again for each order we need to look into. It would be extremely helpful if boulevard could create a button that when you go to the sales tab…

Membership Upgrade Options
I have an issue with the memberships:
We have a leveling system with estheticians where they can level up and their price goes up. Our memberships include levels 1-3 staff for the monthly price but if they pay additional $20, they can book with an advanced esthetician. Right now, we have to add an upgrade fee at checkout, but it isn't clear to the client when booking their appointment which service provider is included and which is not. Our advanced estheticians are not on online booking right now, would love the option to put them up online for the membership…

Flexible % of required Medical Director Sign off on charts
Our medical director only has to sign off on 10% of our charts, but there is no way to only show 10% to sign off on. Would love to see this added as a feature for easier and faster medical director sign off.

Audience Filter Based on Spend

It would be nice to have a photo app system that allows you to take photos of your patients and it will upload them into the patients chart. It will also have features to mirror images for before and after images

Integrate with word, or some grammar and punctuation program for messages
Having autocorrect, suggested punctuation and grammar built-in (such as Microsoft Word)would make messaging clients more proficient, and professional.

Ability to send a text with a link to our intake form
I didn't see this as a previous idea. It would be nice to send a link to our intake from via text message. I know clients check their text messages way more than they check their email so this could make that process more efficient

Memberships Have Additional Booking Hours as Perk
I’d love the ability to offer “after hours” or exclusive booking windows as a perk for members at my medspa. Currently, there’s no built-in way to tie specific appointment availability to membership status, so I have to create workarounds with manual booking or hidden time blocks.
It would be a game-changer if I could assign certain time slots or staff hours to be visible and bookable only to clients with active memberships. This would add serious value to membership plans, helping incentivize retention while keeping standard hours for the general public.

Allow checkout to be completed in boulevard instead of jumping to an ipad
It would be amazing if you had the option to turn off and on the use of an ipad during checkout so that you could use just one screen to complete the transaction.
