  1. It takes so long to edit the appointment and it's showing appointments all over after the clients have checked out because of all the add ons. If you had the ability to add services just as you would add a product it would be a game changer!

  2. If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.

  3. When opening the gallery to compare B & A the pictures (at least on an iPad) are tiny and hard to see.
    Please allow us to enlarge them in Blvd, or directly download them to iPad photos and we can use another app to compare them.

  4. on the checkout screen for rebooking if the clients had a screen that pops up with 3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 week rebooking that would help.

  5. We would like to see better charting options such as the ability to enlarge photo comparisons, do side by sides with a slideshow. We would also love to be able to have the charting say the product that we are charting and not just a number

    total guest count- I am currently manually adding them and haven't found a total anywhere else
    RTS total for the company- what percentage of my service sales is retail sales, what percent of my total sales is retail sales
    Prebook % for the company not just individuals

  14. when you click on an individual online booking, theres an option to make it as read. Sometimes there is not enough time to go through each booking so when theres 30+ bookings, its hard to organize which have been looked at/audited vs which are actually new and haven't been seen. Just a thought

  15. When looking at text messages the abbreviations used for when the message was sent are y,m,d,min. It can be confusing to have just the m for month when you have text that was sent 2 min ago and one that was 4 m ago side by side. It is easy to think that they were sent nearly at the same time. I suggest changing the month designation to mo. just to avoid the confusion.

  16. Create an option to filter clients/patients by Gender or Sex. This will allow to create marketing campaigns for services targeting Males or Females specifically.

  17. We use products for Botox and Filler. WE NEED TO BE able to create injectable (product) packages. We pre-sell Botox packages and are only able to do account credits. This doesnt make sense. NEED THIS ASAP.

  18. We NEED updates on the booking widget like yesterday. It is so difficult to have clients have to book each individual parts of a package with different service providers. For packages that have 4 different services, clients get so annoyed having to add of their services. Plus, it is so messy the way the booking widget looks. We NEED subcategories to be able to separate out member bookings and nonmember and then have services within each of those categories. Other booking softwares do this, why can't we?

  19. Audience and day schedule is too limited. Employee need more info at a glance or dig through for relevant processing. Name , phone, email but then Last seen, service, charges, new, established, appt time, last appt time, future appt time , tag applied , membership, credits available. Just a big database to build profile and surface good info for today's clients or upcoming.
