Can you make it so financing options such as Cherry are directly integrated with BLVD?
I wanted to share an opportunity that could enhance both patient satisfaction and operational efficiency: integrating Cherry Financing with the BLVD platform.
Why this matters:
Cherry Financing has become a popular, trusted option in the aesthetics industry, offering no-hard credit check and flexible financing for patients.
Many clinics, including ours, already use Cherry Financing separately, which means we’re duplicating effort by manually updating patient payment status in BLVD.
Integrating Cherry would streamline the checkout process within BLVD, making it easier for patients to commit to treatments and for providers to manage payments.

When replying to texts asking them to confirm, only allow clients to reply with defined answers with specific actions
e.g. 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, 3 to receive a link to self reschedule, 4 to receive contact to reschedule
As it stands now: If a client responds to a reminder text that they wish to cancel their appointment but includes any form of affirmation including y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm, in their response it triggers an appointment confirmation.
THIS WOULD NOT MAKE SENSE IF THEY SAY "not sure", it triggers confirmation, and the salon would have no idea

Ability to send membership agreements via text
When selling a membership over the phone, have a way to send the patient the membership agreement via text for them to sign like all other forms. This particular patient can not come in to the spa and is not comfortable using the online platform,

Have a way for tips to go directly to the provider
We currently do not uses the tip feature in blvd bc we do not want to pay taxes on tips to our providers. We are currently using venmo and tippy and that does not create the best check out process having the have the client fumble through other apps to tip their provider. Is there a way that providers can have their bank account automatically set up to receive tips or partner with tippy to create this feature?

Online booking restrictions for new clients
If we could enable certain services to only be available for online booking if they are established clients. This would be useful for services that require a consultation prior.

Payroll report that includes breakdown of services/ commission, products/ commission and hours
Payroll report that includes Clocked hours
Services performed with treatment price and commission earned
Products sold with price and commission
Tips received (ideally per service or per day)
Daily totals and overall payout
This report was essential for reviewing payroll and reconciling provider compensation.

Redirect booking page to a Thank You page
BLVD currently doesn't have a way to automatically redirect the client to a new page after an appointment has been booked through the standard booking widget. This is a very simple function and a critical one for anyone who runs FB ads. We need to be able to track conversion from the booking widget and this is what's necessary to be able to do it correctly. End of Day Sales Report (Auto)
It is helpful to have a simple text or email with a few financial metrics, sent to us at the end of the day. For example, service sales, product sales, discount total, and total sales. If this could be turned on to send daily at the EOB that would be super helpful! Only sent to "owner" access.

Have who booked an appointment on the appointment in the book
When we book appointments internally either by call-ins or by various staff members via the app. Have who booked it labeled on the specific appointment. And a way to see any edit, updates, or reschedules listed on the specific appointment. Helps track if there is a scheduling error etc.

like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

activating multiple packages at once
Editing multiple packages at once:
It would be nice to be able to select multiple packages at once to activate/deactivate as well as bulk editing the category. This would make it easier to run series specials.

multiple payment method issue on front desk screen
When a patient uses multiple payment methods at checkout, the screen shows the full amount for the first transaction, which is confusing for patients.
For example, I had a patient put $300 on one credit card then the rest on another, when I ran the transaction for the first $300, it showed the visit total, not the $300 that they were being charged at that time.

Please Add Online Booking Approval—This Should Be Standard
One feature I’m genuinely surprised doesn’t exist in Boulevard is the ability to approve or deny online booking requests before they’re automatically confirmed. Nearly every other major booking platform includes this functionality—and for good reason.
As a business owner, I need the flexibility to review appointments before locking them in. Whether it’s for new clients, service compatibility, or stylist scheduling nuances, the ability to screen and approve incoming requests is a critical workflow tool that should absolutely be included in Boulevard.
