Add Accommodations without appointment
We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.

In timeclock reports, show each shift total duration...
...along with next column showing that date's total duration to help with overtime summations. It is extremely time consuming to have to eye ball reports to identify when overtime math should be used on a day by day and week by week basis. Another nice option would also be a week by week total. I am quite sure that in most states that overtime calcs are only evaluated on daily and weekly basis and providing those two totals would be fantastically useful to all managers and payroll processors. Business wants to be able to deduct fees or products purchased at the business from commission instead of having to charge them for it after being paid out.

Customize displays
It would be awesome to have the ability to customize what data shows on reports as well as normal information pages. For example, being able to add a "date purchased" or "last date used" column to the gift card screen.
Our old software allowed customization on virtually every display of information, and it made life much easier for things like looking up lost gift cards.

Include QR code for online gift cards
Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.

Allow transparency support for business logo

Save Caller ID information for Missed Calls from Caller ID Feature
Client would like to see a place within Caller ID of any calls that she missed (so she knows who to call back if they call after-hours or she is busy with a client).

Checkout order - flow
The ability to have the card swiped first, then the client signs and adds gratuity if desired. Currently, we have to sign and add gratuity first before swiping. Client does not like the order and says everywhere else in the world is currently doing the opposite order for charge outs.
