  1. On the website, each service page has a book now button right on the hero image. When someone clicks book now, the widget opens up, they pick their location, then their appointment type, then they get the entire list of services.

    If someone is on the massage page for example, and clicks book now, can Boulevard jump to only list the massage services? We believe it will improve the user's experience.

  3. Also there is no viewable log of this nor is there an undo. This action causes staff to accidentally "delete" vouchers leading to issues with no possible way to undo without workaround nor a way to audit the mistake.
    Payment method tab should show "delete" instead of redeem.

    History of client should show history of this type of redemption or delete.

    At current there is no way to see this action.

    Causes salons to essentially rip off service providers without intending to do so.

    Also without it being logged, no way to refer to database to understand when client came…

  6. I just found Flowdesk and think that their email marketing is far more on brand and luxury than mailchimp. Mailchimp is extremely expensive and has very little for templates. Flowdesk is far superior in design and cost.

  8. We require a form of payment to hold an appointment and we charge that payment if that violate our cancelation policy. Gift cards are a form of payment. Many people do not like to give us credit card number when they have a GC

  11. Some suppliers require you to order items by the case pack (in specific multiples). So when adding "low stock" or "all stock" it would be great if the PO knew to update the Order quantity by the required multiple

  12. This Business is requesting for better visuals on the little credit card icon on an appt that confirms if a card was taken at the time of booking.   15. Sometimes we want to create an offer that will allow us to deduct an amount from the total of services and it isn't a set combination of services. We would like to be able to apply the amount to 1 service instead of having that amount come off of all the services the guest is purchasing.
