  1. PDF Upload option when building a chart, like a photo upload.
    My spa has an external company who provides Good Faith Exams. This comes to us in a PDF form. I would like to be able to add this in a chart, a space reserved for unique clinical data rather than in the client note area, for it is not a note, it is a clinical document

  2. Have a Prep Time option for services. We have a shorter transition time for most of our services. However, we have a couple services that need more time to set up. We arent able to predict what services may come before it which would mean we may have a shorter time to prep for that service.

  3. Some appointments are for internal purposes only and we do not want the client being notified. We would like to be able to set the default for this check box at the service level so that staff doesn't accidentally send the appointment to the client.

  5. My client was trying to add a haircut to her existing appointment using her account log in on our website. The system would only allow her to reschedule or cancel. Would be great if they could add or modify services themselves.

  6. We need to be able to block clients based on phone number alone. We've had creepers work around blocks on purpose by entering email address and name variations and it puts our staff at risk of harassment.

  7. In offers, it would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the offer to certain clients. Currently there is only an option to restrict to 'new clients'. This would allow special discounts for influencers, friends & family and even staff discounts to be more specific and minimize discount errors.

  9. We need a method for providers to earn commission based on the sale price of the product unit credit. This way, when the credit is redeemed, the provider receives commission based on the sale price rather than the standard price of the product. Providers should only earn commission on the actual sale prices, not the regular pricing.

It would be a lot more efficient to be able to add an APPOINTMENT transition time rather than adding it to the SERVICE because sometimes we can have multiple services in one appointment that don't require transitions in between, only at the end but these services can also be booked individually so that's why they all need their own transition time with the way it is setup now.

  11. Please add an Accordion for standing appointments. We do not need to see 100s of appointments on account. 5 would be fine and then we can open up the full list if we need.

  16. I would love to be able to track our efforts in marketing and so much more as a salon owner. I would love my first prompt to ask guest if they are new or returning guest to our salon. Then the next prompt would ask and give multiple choice answer to how they found their stylist. The only other way is to manually track and have each stylist ask each guest and that will not be an accurate count based off which stylists participate or possibly simply forget in our long appointments to ask:) I have got to find a…

  17. When you issue a refund for a transaction, any points that the client earned from that purchase should be deducted from their profile. This ensures that the points balance accurately reflects the total amount the client has spent, excluding refunded purchases

  20. Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!

    The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.
