Upload photos during online booking
It would be a great feature to allow clients to upload photos during their online booking process. This use case would be for them to send "inspo" or "reference" photos of nails, lashes, hair, etc, all in one place vs. sending a form to capture these photos. Additionally, any photos they send should populate in the gallery and accessible from a mobile device (specific to each service provider they book with).

Merge orders when checking out
From the front desk screen. The ability to merge the clients when 1 person wants to pay for the other. I feel like i should be able to drag and drop an order on top of another to easily checkout the client(s). A lot of times, a mom and daughter or a couple will get a head spa on the same day and 1 person wants to pay for both. commission set up
I believe it would be very interesting if Boulevard could improve the way commission are set up. Instead of having to set it up individually, we could have a table with all services on side and all employees on the other side. It would save us time and make the process more seamless.

Client Notifications
We should be able to change the timing of when messages are sent out. The 1 days before appointment reminder text should not be sent out at 5pm. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before an appointment. So it should be sent, at the very latest, 8am. Boulevard is also delivering text messages late at night ex. 9:30pm. Which is very disruptive to our customers. We never had this issue at Vagaro

A way to generate a quote
After a consultation, I may have suggested a few treatments for the patient. They often want a written copy of these suggestions with the individual pricing and total. Would love a way to send a quote without making a fake appt/invoice.

tag gallery photos
Be able to look at gallery for the entire day or time specific and tag photos so when you want to pull all before and after photos of Microneedling it pulls all those photos instead of knowing the client name. Being able to add tag to photos to search through the gallery based on tags

Waitlist Push Notification or text to mobile
Push notification or text alert when someone joins your waitlist. The current alert is SO easy to miss unless you have staff stationed in front of the computer. Most stylists/receptionists/managers are always too busy to sit and stare at the computer.

Fix the jump in the calendar that happens when booking into the next month
When in the calendar view, if I click "todays date" to schedule an appointment on a different day, it ALWAYS jumps and cuts off the first week of the next month. It is so frustrating. You have to click on a random later date in the month and then click it again to reach the beginning weeks of the new month.

Peoples time is valuable and the inability to either sync reviews with Google or customize the link is a missed opportunity to have reviews seen!

allow a sales commission that is not dependent upon who does the treatment. Right now whoever does the treatment gets the commission,
We have sales people that do not do the treatments. It would be great it commission could be tied to the sale and not to the treatment.

Add an area in the system which allows providers to quickly see pricing for clients so that it is easier to put together consultation quotes
Create a page in the admin system that allows providers to go to an interface that you can view with a potential client during a consult to pull up pricing information.

Send a secure link to add credit card info from their client profile
For clients who reach out to the salon directly vs. booking online, adding a feature from the profile we create for them that sends a secure link (or sends when prompted) to add their cc info so we have it on file. This would support our booking and cancellation policies without having to ask them for their cc info over the phone, via text or email.
