Increase text usage limits!
I upgraded my plan despite my onboarding/sales rep advising against it, yet I’m still using 4x the allotted messages for just a two-person salon. I can’t even imagine what larger salons are paying in texting fees. Considering I already pay for a phone number with unlimited texting through my carrier, it’s frustrating that Boulevard’s messaging is so restrictive for the price. If this doesn’t change, I will not be renewing next year. I am already paying so much monthly!

Spa vs. Medical - Separate merchant accounts
Spa services AND medical services are two separate businesses. There should be a way to attach medical services to the medical merchant account and the spa services to the spa merchant account as some employees deliver services under both. Having separate profiles per employee especially when they don't sync is not efficient and creates problems.

preventing providers from taking clients back prior to receiving required documents for service

Add phone conversation note to chart without having to book appointment for note option.
When I call a patient and want to document phone conversation I cannot do it without booking an appointment for the patient.

On client facing booking site allow stylist to upload example pictures of the service
Allow clients to see example photo references of salons/stylist‘s work when booking an appointment right on the service booking page

Checking out clients who want to purchase a digital GC
Would like to have all the options for digital GC at time of check as is when they purchase online. Would also like the option to have dollar amount or service and gratuity. Capability to email the recipient and/or print GC.

Ability to add a link to the business website or client portal to encourage self-serve for clients engaging with the business when closed.

add provider choice under recommended products
When a client purchases a product you can select who gets the commission/sold the product. The same selection for the provider under the product recommended products would be useful. If the client comes in weeks later or on the providers off day, it can easily be accounted for who gets the commission.

adding a membership through client profile
It would be nice to add a membership to a clients profile without selling it through the POS. There are many times we want to add the plan and draft info but charge nothing until the first draft the next month.

Be able to see which staff members make changes to appointments.
If there's someone who reschedules the appointment or adds a note to the appointment, it would be good to see who made that change or added the note.

Edit photo date
Edit the photo date. We get busy and sometimes photos do not get uploaded the correct day. So we can't edit the date and it is hard when comparing side by sides.

Membership and Card On File Options For Charging
We should be able to charge the membership card on file for the cancellation policy. If there isn't a payment card stored it won't allow you to bill them. Any card on file should be able to be used for payment.
