  1. Make a Service Sales Report generated in the Summaries section. This will make it easier to view and compare and contrast with Product sales. Also, it will allow me to download the report as a PDF.

  3. We need the ability to set dynamic pricing for individual stylists or service providers within a single profile. For example, if a stylist named Jane offers a haircut, we want to be able to assign both a regular price and a premium price that automatically applies during high-demand times (like weekends, early mornings at 5 AM, or late-night appointments).

    We also need the flexibility to customize these high-demand times per stylist, as one stylist’s peak hours may be different from another's. For example, Jane’s premium pricing might apply on weekends, while Jack’s could apply on weekday evenings.

  4. It would be helpful if the notifications blurred out after they have been clicked on to be completed. This way we would not have to keep track of each name done as we've finished the prior person.

  5. When a franchise is operating under a single dashboard, owners should be able to enable and set price/duration overrides but they should not be able to create new services or products. currently, some of these functions are within the same privilege setting and should be separated out.

  7. We collect deposits for my PMU business, and it would be incredible if account credits from deposits had an adjustable expiration period that triggers when the subsequent appointment is canceled.

    For example, someone pays a $50 deposit, and our cancellation policy is 48 hours. If they cancel within the 48 hours, in order to hold the client accountable, there would be a 30-day window where the $50 in credits have to be used before another $50 deposit is required to book a new appointment.

    This would protect my artist as well as myself.

  14. We need to be able to have the option to have alternate hours for certain days etc. For example we are closed every other Monday but right now we only have the choice to put open or closed. If we can make our service providers schedule bi-weekly, it would be very helpful to be able to have our business hours have more flexibility in what we show as our hours of operation as well.

  15. We should be able to adjust service price through checkout without having to go to "edit", then checkout. Now, you are only able to 'Add Discount' and not just adjust the price.

  17. During the booking flow, the button at the bottom of the page says "next" many patients are getting stuck here. We propose that the button be renamed to " select date" or anything that would help the client to know that they need to click the button to see dates. many people say that they can't see availability on the booking site and have been calling to get help.

  20. Currently, the Inventory on Hand report only shows the current inventory count. When you look at this report in Summaries, there is a date range option that does not impact the report at all. It would be extremely helpful to look at inventory counts retroactively to see what was on hand on previous dates.
