Signing charts as a medical directors is so very time consuming in this program. Other EMR’s are far more efficient. This must change. Make a notification system with an inbasket for medical directors. Please

This is a very important step in order for boulevard to be used as a platform for medical spas. Medical directors don't have time to be sifting through charts manually every day in order to sign off on things. A simple notification of a chart sign-off, or better yet, an "inbox" of sorts that forms would be collected for signature would be amazing. Aesthetic Record has a great system where the medical director can click on forms that need to be signed and they are all there, waiting to be completed.
In fact, having that ability for all forms would be amazing. Be able to review incomplete or not started forms in a list rather than sifting through each day would make things much more streamlined.

This would be great!! I'd like my medical director to sign off , but there is no way to notify or assign this sign off to them. I need this ASAP!

In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.
To address this inefficiency, could a new feature or link be implemented that allows providers to send completed charts directly to the medical director for review and approval? This adjustment would significantly enhance workflow efficiency for all parties involved.

I agree. Notifications for Medical directors alerting them that a new chart or form needs reviewed and signed off on is imperative to day operations. Please make this a priority.

Medical directors do not have time to go fishing for forms and charts that need reviewed and need an easier process than from the Scheduler view. Cancelled appointments with forms in review are not displayed. Email or in site notifications are necessary to prompt a review and should not have to be searched.
