  4. Allow clients to add or adjust a tip amount after the service is completed. Most clients do not choose an option for tip when booking because they think they can adjust once they have been checked out. 80% of my clients do not realize once they click "cash tip" during booking there is no option to change it.

  6. ability to deactivate bulk amount of vouchers at one time. if client cancels membership we need option to suspend vouchers

  7. We have had several instances of accidents involving transactions being accidentally charged to cash or other instead of gift cards or credit cards. Sometimes it is more than 24 hours before we find the error, and then it is hard to correct the mistake (recreating appointments, etc..) It would be handy to have the void option for longer on the transactions that don't need the processing that credit cards do.

  13. It would be great to be consistent across the board and make the fields for first name and last name generate a capital letter when entered. Thank you!

  14. It would be ideal to have the ability to add a service to the ticket without placing it on the calendar. There are times that a stylist doesn't have time to update the ticket until the end of the service or they might have tweaked services but they can't tell you until they are checking out.

Mandatory for service providers to write in what they did for the client of their appointment so we have recorded progress or in a big salon with multiple service providers, it would decrease miscommunication and expectations when subsituting for someone with their client while it will start training people to be better communicators and attentiveness of clients

  16. Separating the tax and tips from the days business would be best. So showing all but a total after the services and products so we can see this efficiently and quickly would be great. Taxes and Tips shouldn't be considered as revenue for the salon - this has to be paid out. This would be better for our accountant also.

  17. So often Clients do not remember if they have gift cards and if a gift card came up on their appointment or check out page, we could ask the client if they would like to use whatever they have left.

  19. As of now, we have to use a separate software to track employee time off request, time off, sick time, vacation, PTO etc. An integration of time tracking would be super advantageous for salons.
