  2. Currently we are unable to read all of the open or closed messages in the message center. It is necessary that we be able to scroll through the complete list of messages not just the most recent 10 or so. Please fix this.

  3. If a charge is reversed and granted to a customer when they dispute the charge, this should reflect in the customers purchase history as a refund does.

  6. I have one staff member who needs his booking intervals online to be every 30 minutes only, not less or more. It would be useful to have booking intervals be a choice for each service instead of 15 minutes or 30 minutes for all services.

  7. when clients want to check out and also order new extensions can we add a option like we have for product.. we don't want extension deposit to be a service we would rather it be on its own (like no service provider) so girls don't make money off of the deposit for extensions cause that money goes to the business.

  11. It would be useful if the clients were listed in alphabetical order since we have multiple clients who share the same name. Usually when we find this occurrence we would add the last four of their phone number to their name that way we do not confuse the clients when booking or appointments or checking out in sales. We tried to go through all of clients but quickly gave up because we have 22,000 clients that we have to go through since there is no option to refine by alphabetical order.   12. Because of the lack of database style tools for the services lists, etc. It would be helpful to see which services were last modified when and if possible allow temporary sorting of the list by last modified, A-Z or category.

    I need to make modifications to my menu to match what my wife changed in the system and without her guidance or a changelog I would have to check every item one by one. If there was a last modified sort I could see exactly which items need to be looked at further. It would also help for situations where…

  14. Or marked so that staff know when merging or changing things to retain THAT email address rather than others.

    Right now we are using logic to determine which appt was booked by client self-booking and then determining which email address is part of the account used for that booking. But in many instances when merging clients we end up taking a gamble or asking the clients. If the email that is being used to actively book was specified to staff (perhaps also locked so we can't change it since it has actually been verified), then we would avoid some errors…

  15. I think you need to create a formula section. Yes we can add them in notes, but a more efficient way would to have the right section for the right information. Formula's are one of the most important part of our jobs. There should be a time/date stamp and the ability to edit. It would also be nice if it would show up when you you click on clients name from calendar. This way stylist would know if they had a previous formula. The more info we can have the better.

  19. I would love to have a 'filter' that would pull only new clients from a certain time frame. We send 'New Client' Surveys to each guest from the previous week and it looks as if there won't be a way to do that currently.

  20. It's hard to use the message center without another computer next to you or another open boulevard tab. The message center takes up the entire screen. If you need to check a date, you must leave the message you are in the middle of, loose all of the content and start over.
