  4. I would love to have a 'filter' that would pull only new clients from a certain time frame. We send 'New Client' Surveys to each guest from the previous week and it looks as if there won't be a way to do that currently.

  5. It's hard to use the message center without another computer next to you or another open boulevard tab. The message center takes up the entire screen. If you need to check a date, you must leave the message you are in the middle of, loose all of the content and start over.

  6. It would be nice to be able to set resources to not show on the calendar view. For example: a set of hot stones, we don't need to see if they are available on the calendar, but we don't want to double book them.

  9. For instance Cut ($60+) at one location and Cut ($50+) still both being the same service for management purposes. Having this custom location level text for descriptions or names really would help in making businesses aligned on the database side while keeping transparent with clients. Right now we do ($60+) for all locations despite some locations starting at higher or lower amounts.

  10. So that staff or management could essentially place notes on times to do a number of tasks such as analysis or dictate instructions to staff.

    Examples:

    Wanting to notate a region of time for analysis. To refer to things, we now are marking up schedule screenshots using outside editors, if they were native to Blvd then these notes would be cloud based and businesses would have the confidence they are synced across and we can always be looking at the same data and most up to date.

  11. Here the stylist has to EDIT the appointment to see the full service. We have had stylists make mistakes on appointments as they cannot read the full explanation in the app. Or they have to come up to front desk each appointment to check what they are doing and this is untenable long term.

  14. There should be a way for us to create a pay structure or several for each location. rather than having to input individually in each staff profile. Needs to be a structure for hourly and salaried team, and a combination of the pay structures.

  15. It would be helpful to see what order number each service commission and product commission item relates to in Blvd. I would like to see the order number included as a column in these reports.

  16. There is no option to easily and quickly run a report and find employees sick days or days they were scheduled to work but did not. We don't have the time or resources to go through 12 months for each employee day by day or week by week.
