  5. Right now the pre-book function is only available during checkout.

    The request is based on enhancing the customer experience. Our goal is to re-book everyone. With many services there are processing times that allow the stylist to go ahead and rebook the client, rather than at check-out, when you are trying to process payment and the client is trying to get out.

  6. This tag would exist for the client and be cleared the next attended appointment. Usefulness includes

    • Charging them their no show fee the next visit in the case they didn't have a card on file.
    • Giving staff an extra chance at noticing the higher likelihood of a no show and preparing a more robust appointment confirmation and reminder (manual) practice with this particular client.

  7. Would like a list of staff and what % commissions they receive for products and services. Just the flat rates all in a list so I don't have to go to each staff profile to review or use the current commission reports that shows their % for a given date range.

  15. It is more natural to block out with a dark color and open up with a light color. White is where the appointments and dark is where they are not. Or let us customize how we view our calendar

  16. It is very time consuming to add a new product line to Boulevard. If we could duplicate an existing product that is set up with all pertinent details, we could simply edit the name/UPC/price and be on our way. Currently, we have to select the Suppler, Category, and re-enter Brand for every single product and it takes much longer than it needs to.

  18. When booking clients on the wait list, there should be a way to add a client to mulitple dates rather than just one and having to go back in and add them again to the other date they asked for. For example add 'Jane Doe to the wait list for the date between 3/1 and 3/10' rather than having to go in and add her 10 times.
