  8. Currently its a 2-step process to take a deposit over the phone/in-person when a client wants to book an appointment. Can there be a way when booking appointments at front desk, make it possible to process a deposit within new appointment ticket or auto prompt another outlet for deposit? It's very inconvenient how currently set-up.

  9. There is a group appointment scheduled, everyone to start at 1:00 pm as an example. 3 customers - all getting regular manicures. They also have 5 minute transition times built in. When I go into the appointment to cancel the transition times, the software automatically changes everyone's service time to the following: Person1 - regular manicure at 1:00 pm; Person2 - regular manicure at 1:30 pm; Person3 - regular manicure at 2:00 pm.   10. When editing the existing appointment to move to another service provider or the service time, the second service follows the first service. Can we update this so that the entire appointment does not move with the first appointment? For example, we have a manicure + pedicure scheduled. Each is a separate service, but grouped as a single appointment. Pedicure is scheduled at 1:00 pm, and manicure is scheduled at 1:30 pm. When I move the manicure from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, the pedicure moves with it. Can this be disabled so that I must manually move BOTH of the…

  12. Currently, once you redeem a voucher, it disappears from payment methods and under history it just shows $0.00 for the service. Having a membership based business, it is a headache to identify how many vouchers was used from which month looking at the history. Maybe have a Redeemed Voucher section?

  13. For staff to understand what they currently have. Specially for memberships

    Vouchers right now are not easy to read. It creates an individual voucher for the package. And if it is a membership, is even worse, when they expire, they will just be sitting there. You should create an expired section. And consolidate packages bought together. Attached is an example from another software.

  15. We would like a better ability to identify which of our front desk staff are making errors with name spelling, email addresses, phone number errors. And fire those that are incompetent and causing the business stress. But without this feature it is quite difficult to determine "who" are making mistakes.

    Right now we are using a loose assumption of when a record was made by looking at when the appointment was booked and who was working at that time. This assumes that the person working front desk did it and also that the record was kept the same since its…

  17. im not used to waiting 2 days for my money, can we do same day deposit or next day i got a lot of bills coming through my account and sometimes my money doesnt come in fast enough
