I've been with BLVD for almost 2 years and this continues to be the achilles heel of the platform IMHO. There needs to be a financial dashboard/snapshot that is separate from reports that allows you to quickly check on the health of the business without diving into reports. This should also be accessible from the mobile app and/or mobile. Ideally it would be customizable based with items like Total Sales, Appointments, No Shows, New Appointments Books, etc then you could select the time frame where the default is the today. Honestly I'm unaware of a POS or Booking Platform that doesn't have this. PS: Since there seems to be some partnership with Terri Ross, the ability to select her KPIs would be great as well.

Just popping back in to bump this up. As I go into my daily reports that I created, it's a constant reminder of how much the reports are still so frustrating. I don't understand why there isn't a live feed of the daily sales and other key metrics. 99% of the time when I go to my daily sales they're incorrect. I have to hit refresh and then select the day for them to correctly populate. It's enough to make me daily cherish our days with Square and their POS.

We really need a way to view the KPIs for the business. It would be great to have this as a dashboard within the desktop version and APP. Rather than buried in reports, it would be great to have access to these.

It looks like this was added a long time ago. I feel like this needs to be added yesterday. We need a business dashboard that shows a snapshot of key metrics. Things like NET sales, Gross sales, transactions, number of people seen, cancellations, etc. Ideally I would like the ability to customize the data that is pulled. Thank you, Rick

I was running into this issue today. You can make a Note, yet it doesn't show in Notes in the Order tab, nor does it show when you click the Current Balance, nor does it show when you click View History, nor on the Order Number. The only place to view it is click on the History. Then click the down arrow and it will show the actual note. It's super confusing and counterintuitive. Please fix.

I would love this ability as well. It would be nice if both Gift Cards and Account Credits you could limit to what service/product they're applicable to.
