    Yes, agreed these really need to populate to google. I had Genbook for years with Hire Frederick and all my 4 and 5 stars went to google so I know it's possible. From BLVD stand point this would be a win win to get people to convert over to BLVD. The reviews on Blvd help internally but are useless otherwise.

    Would love to do the loyalty program but it is so basic. Also so important needs points to expire, if not they just keep building.
