  1. Since we are a spa care there are customers that have memberships and some don't . we add tags to set them apart from the regular clients . but when tagging we have to enter the number of a client individually and tag them . i think it would be a cool idea if there were something in the system to filter and add all the clients at the same time and add all the same tag.

  2. I would appreciate clarification on why forms cannot be sent to clients individually. Having this capability would be extremely helpful for agreements, permissions, incident acknowledgements, and other time-sensitive or service-specific documentation. The ability to send, track, and confirm acknowledgment of forms on an individual basis would greatly support personalized services, compliance, and proper client communication.

  4. Now that we can manually add vouchers to a client's wallet, please give us the option to add a few of the same types of services like we can when creating a package in the first place. Meaning:
    I have 5 types of services under "90min massage" and when creating a package deal I can make them all redeemable: (Swedish, sports, deep tissue etc). But if a client needs a voucher added to their wallet, it can only be assigned for one service (only 90min swedish). So if they happen to book a 90min deep tissue instead of a swedish…

  5. We should have an internal change log to show who and when service details have been updated. Sometimes our service details revert and change and our team is unable to tell who's updated what and when.

  6. I know many people charge for consults, as do we. We allow the patient to then use the consultation fee toward service or product within 365 days from consultation of their choosing. I think it would be nice to have this charge apply as an account credit for the patient. We currently have to manually add the credit (and then babysit the calendar for 364 days to ensure they're within their allotted window of use).   10. After a consultation, I may have suggested a few treatments for the patient. They often want a written copy of these suggestions with the individual pricing and total. Would love a way to send a quote without making a fake appt/invoice.

  12. Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

We currently have to use an external system to show staff their schedule one month at a time, meaning we have to create the work schedule twice so staff can see their shedule days with an easier view. Being able to let them see what days they're assigned from a calendar view would be very beneficial and time efficient.

    It also helps staff booking appointments in the future to know when everyone is available.

  15. Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

  16. Offers - Limit the amount of (ie: valid for 30 days) time an offer can be used after it was received. If we get a new client and want them to share a code to get their friends to come in, I don't want them to be able to hand out the code forever. I want the client's code to expire after a certain time frame.

  19. We need the option to hide specific services from the public online booking menu while still having an active, bookable direct link to send to clients.

    This feature is essential for clinics and studios that offer:
    • VIP-only or invitation-only services
    • Add-ons or specialty upgrades not meant for general booking
    • Seasonal or trial services
    • Services that we want available only to returning clients or those with specific needs
    • Membership-exclusive treatments
    • Internal-use services we book manually but don’t want clients browsing

    Why this matters:
    Currently, if a service is hidden or unpublished, Boulevard disables its booking…

  20. I should be able to process a deposit fee (whether a percentage of the total service or a flat fee) at the time I'm creating a dashboard appointment. I shouldn't have to then close that out, do a separate "new sale" under the patient profile to then have them purchase a dollar amount. That also requires me to create a special service to be able to charge in the new sale. It's a clunky and unwieldy workflow that can easily be rectified by simply allowing for a deposit fee option when creating an appointment.
