Add a clients have opted out to text messages or emails as a filter in the Marketing Suite.
It would be extremely helpful to have a way to identify and filter clients who have opted out of marketing emails and/or text messages. Having this capability would allow me to better manage marketing campaigns, ensure communications are reaching the appropriate audience. I will also make it easier to identify the clients who have not opted in so that we can build our marketing capacity without having to continuously revisit clients who have opted out.
