  1. Ability to set an offer to require a client to spend a certain amount or purchase a certain quantity of a specific product, from a list of products, or from a particular brand to unlock a percentage off, receive a free product, or get a dollar discount. Eg. Spend X, Get Y promotions.

  2. Our clients often times do not complete their intake forms appropriately, so when i go over them with them the only way i can edit is by adding a note. Often times these notes are drop downs, which once "completed" by clients, the drop downs are not able to be accessed. Make it so that the not stays in its original form until the provider signs off on it.

  5. An increasing number of first-time clients are booking online with virtual or disposable credit cards (Revolut, Privacy.com, etc.). When they no-show and we attempt to collect the cancellation fee, but the card is declined because it’s been deactivated. The result: lost revenue, wasted staff time, and appointment slots that could have gone to paying customers.

    Other booking platforms are starting to address this problem and I hope that BLVD can follow suit as it is becoming a big issue for us.

  6. We need a way to link or combine separate parts of appointments. Clients will move things around and/or combine appointments. Having to delete appointments and completely rebook them, just to combine with something else on a different day is time wasting.

  7. There are other questions that should be able to automatically feed into the client profile that are specific to the business. Additionally, they should be reportable to be able to further understand their clientbase based on certain fields for further recommendations/marketing outreach

  11. Would love if our membership clients could have a separate booking option. Right now everyone can see booking for this next month. However I want our members to be able to book out for the next 6 months. I would love for them to login to their portal and see a separate booking link option that allows for 6 month book outs but on our website allow new clients/non membership clients to only book one month out.

  14. It would be really helpful to have an option to pull a report listing all current packages with pricing and voucher details. Like a quick reference "master copy" for staff to refer to for pricing. I have staff that are part time and sometimes need to look up pricing (especially on items we don't sell a ton of).

    We can do this with services, but not the packages our services are in. It doesn't make sense not to have that option.

  16. make the desk top website more accessible for booking appointments and blocking times using an ipad or iphone. I am a manager and need access to everyone's schedule not just mine as I am not a provider.

  17. I would like an option to make it where they have to book in order for certain days. i.e. on Saturdays we are only here in the morning, never fails I have someone take that very last spot. Also on holidays where we are short days.

  19. We charge a monthly fee to pause a membership at our spa. It would be amazing if a "charge fee" option popped up in the pause membership window - just like a "charge fee" option pops up if a client late cancels or no-shows. That way the client is charged a monthly "freeze fee" during the paused months and regular membership payments can resume when the pause period ends.

  20. It would be nice if the Duo would allow the client to enter their tip amount and that figure would import to the check-out screen on the dashboard. It can be awkward for the receptionist and for the client to have to discuss the tip amount when they are paying cash.
