  1. Our front office calls all the new consults for the week and explains the new client intake with them. It would be nice if they had an option from the "forms and charts" section to resend paperwork if needed.

  8. Every service has different timelines for returning for treatment (Tox: 3-4 months, Microneedling: 4-6 weeks, Filler: 6 months to a year). Please allow us to set up reminders for individual services based on tags.

  10. We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.

Okay so I know that clients can go online and book an appointment under their own profile for their friends, family, etc. and it will show up as the guest's name coming in with "guest of original clients name" underneath it. I would love a way on the businesses side to be able to book a guest under a clients profile without having to make an entirely new profile for each and every guest. In case this doesn't make sense, here is an example - we have many clients who come for services and also have their children come in…

  12. We have to use external platform as a funnel for gathering new clients by offering an incentive for joining our newsletter from our website. Currently BLVD only takes in new clients if they book a treatment/service. Is there a way to gather more marketing funnels.

  13. If a service is scheduled for 2 hrs. and it only takes 1 1/2 hours, upon check out the appointment should shrink up and leave a gap. I am trying to coach employees that overbook time how they could get in other services and are wasting time and utilization of their day.

  14. We love that there is a gallery in the client profile, but have years of photos on another program. The company is able to make an export but BLVD is currently not set up for bulk photo transfers. I can understand the concern, however doing this manually will take months and creates more room for mistakes to be made.

  15. I would like to see ability for merchant accounts (independent contractors) to be able to automatically pay rent through ACH. Right now I have to create a membership as their direct payment method using their credit card and they are charged a fee and I am charged a fee so I don't receive the full rent amount.

  17. As an owner and a practitioner of a medical spa, it is frustrating to have to to individually deselect all the resources and/or providers for that particular day(s) that I am trying to view each time I log in. Would love the option to deselect all.

  20. On the calendar view, when you click on the appointment, it would be helpful to see the date that the appointment was rescheduled, rather than the original booking date and rather than having to click into the appointment and having to view the appointment details.
