  4. I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment.   5. Please create an Appointment Report with actual patient names, service names, rather than patient ID and service ID. (Information without actual name is pretty much useless. )

    Aesthetic Record has this report called "Booking History" that shows all the bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation in one report, that was very useful for our operation. We don't miss their platform at all, but I think that something like that on Boulevard would be very, very helpful. Thank you for your consideration.

If a client normally receives a monthly facial as part of their membership but isn't able to come in for 2 months, they should be able to take those 2 unused facials and upgrade to a higher level facial. For example, the membership provides a monthly Signature Facial. But, the client hasn't been to the office in 2 months. The value of the services owed equates to that of a higher valued facial (Hydrafacial for example). I suggested notifications for the desk but it would also be nice for the front desk to be able to pull reports specific to their daily needs, that don't require them to have access to all reporting. We should be able to assign the reports to the front desk that we want them to see from all reporting options. They should be able to pull reports for any time period that show cancellations, online bookings, reschedules, form status, no-shows and cancellations fees.     I’d love to suggest an update to the online booking system — allowing businesses to choose whether or not to require a credit card when clients book online.

    As both a business owner and a consumer, I’ve noticed that some new clients are hesitant to share sensitive credit card information with a business they haven’t yet established trust with. Personally, I’ve skipped booking appointments online for this reason, and I believe some potential clients do the same.

We like to look at our appointment metrics for the week and/or month, and it would be helpful to be able to pull up the total number of canceled appointments or total number of no-show appointments so we can see the % of patients actually showing up vs # booked. Currently you have to count manually for each day under the cancelations tab on the calendar view.

  19. When you run a subscription report, any client that has more than one subscription will show up blank. This defeats the purpose of the report because you then have to look at each client individually to determine their status.

    As an example, if a client has previously canceled a membership, but started a new one, their status on the Subscription report will be blank.
