  1. When a client selects “Anyone” instead of a specific technician, it means they agree to be seen by any available technician as part of our rotation system. In this case, technician names should not appear in reminder texts or emails. Including a technician’s name can create the expectation that the client will be seen by that specific technician, which can disrupt rotation fairness and scheduling flow.

  3. we should be able to add a chart to a client profile without having to book an additional appointment. In my situation the appointment disappeared from the schedule and now I cannot add my chart note. Also, if we need to add phone correspondence, we should be able to add a note.

  4. The payment processing is clunky and doesn’t allow the mobility of on the fly check outs. I had a pt complain today that our set up with a seperate monitor is the most risky for fraud. Having a true compact processor (like stripe or godaddy has) and ability to swipe on the phone would be much more streamlined.

  6. If there could be an option added to move appointments to a "clipboard' to easily reschedule the appointments. We were using booker before and that feature made it so easy so appointments that needed to be rescheduled wouldn't forget to be cancelled and you didn't have to create a whole new appointment.

  7. When an offer reaches the end of the timeframe for when clients can redeem it, the offer code should automatically be deactivated and removed. This would save time by not requiring it to be manually removed.

  11. You are currently not able to edit or delete a specific shift for shifts that are inputted with the recurring schedule feature. You should be able to edit a single recurring shift for an employee without it affecting their entire future schedule.

  13. It's a pipe dream, I'm sure— but it would be amazing to have a full duplicate instance of our account so our trainees can work on everything BLVD without the risk of messing anything up.

    All the training materials are great, but since there is no sandbox, our trainees have to work on live clients and schedules, which then requires someone to be with them to ensure they don't accidentally make a big mistake while learning.

  14. One of the biggest issues with this practice management platform is the lack of operational workflows truly aimed at improving each practice's management of their business.

    We need to be able to have unique customizations directly through boulevard as we are not paying to utilize BLVD as a merchant processor but rather for our practice operational needs and medical records. Not giving us an option to create a unique experience that fits our brand is disheartening to say the least.

  15. Wondering if there have been any updates on this request? Again would like to convey the importance of this as it is essential to our brand and our ongoing willingness to continue to be patient with boulevard. I am not sure if the reason boulevard cannot do this is because of the fact that it wants to control how patients are being navigated with communications through boulevard to only optimize boulevard and its search engine optimization?

  20. After Entering their Allergies and Medications their client profile, Medications and Allergies should be more importantly displayed AND be able to be editied by provider or in the portal by the client.
    I know I change my supplements all the time, a lot of our clients do the same. It would be nice to have a mediations list and history of edits to look at when evaluating their health and skin.
