  1. it automatically moves the future booking to today’s date. I suggest leaving the future booking on the date that’s booked for, unless we want to change the date ourselves.

  2. When I open a booking to edit or reschedule, it automatically moves the future booking to today’s date. This is counterintuitive and causes lot of scheduling mishaps if I’m in a rush or my assistant isn’t paying attention. I suggest leaving the future booking on the date that’s booked for unless we want to change the date ourselves. Also, as an aside, just logging in and getting past password verification and “Oops” pages to post a suggestion maybe wanna beat my head into a wall.

  6. Automation on client upsells/upgrades during self in person check in.

    Make it accessible for us to use a kiosk instead of hiring receptionist, we can just have self check in services that will also ask clients on potential upgrades relevant to their already booked service to support the practitioners.

    Rid of human receptionist and is consistent to offering memberships/added upgraded services during check in/out.

    The goal is to eventually replace the front desk receptionist to virtual as we adapt to current times with AI coming in.

  7. We want to create a "TOX Bank" for patients to pre-purchase units of TOX and have them in the system to use throughout the year. It would be great if they could see their balance in the client portal.

  8. We need to be able to calculate commissions with the cost of goods subtracted. This is very important for tox sales specifically. We are unable to sell tox as a service due to the nature of the visit. Never really know how many units will be sold. So we have to sell it as a product. We have to calculate this in a spreadsheet every time we run payroll, and it is VERY time-consuming. There should be a very easy way to do this!

  14. It is mandatory for medical directors to sign on at least 30% of charts in specific states. However the function to do so in BLVD is limited. There needs to be either a "send to medical director" button at the end of every chart created or a pop up box asking if you want to send this to medical director when you are submitting your chart.   15. The options on blocking time on the schedule are limited. When adding a specific date range, we need a "daily" option so that it blocks off each day of that time frame. When clinicians have long vacations for example, we have to block each day separately-which seems like a waste of time when a daily option would make it so simple. Thanks!

  17. Would love for patients to be able to see how many packages they have left on their account. They are not able to see this on their end and have to either call our clinic or ask at their appointment. They can see their packages online just not how many are left/redeemed.
