  1. Adding/changing online deposit percentage to dollar amount. When clients get injectables done, often times we don’t know how much they’re going to get or want so it makes it difficult to put a percentage deposit when the client books because they’re price may end up being higher

  5. I would like an option (like in Square) for my stylists to approve or decline an appointment that was booked online. Sometimes there are scheduling conflicts, and this would help prevent that. Currently we have to reach out directly to clients to reschedule.

  6. When a form or chart is set to send for "All services" and new services are then created, those new services should be auto added to the forms and charts that have "all services" selected

  7. Need to be able to set a date range under Schedule --> Form status: Needs review...instead of having to click through each date. Would save me LOTS of clicks and I could be sure I've reviewed everything and didn't miss one more easily.

  8. we created a before and after photos form. I would love for the photos to have treatment name and treatment date attached when they upload to gallery.

  9. The manage location and manage business tabs operate differently in a bunch of subtle ways. Please standardize them!

    One example: Manage Location Products can search for an item, press enter and it "encapsulates" the search and shows the results, you can then search for another product to build a short list of a few different products. Manage Business tab only allows one search term at a time so you can only see one set of results.

    Just one of the many inconsistencies throughout the software. It definitely shows that different teams built things and there isn't one person paying attention…

  10. When duplicating a form it auto assigns to all of the related services. It would be ideal if it is created as some form of unpublished draft. Most likely we don't want to assign the duplicate form immediately, this would allow us to edit the form and then decide when to go live with it.

  11. When we hire a new employee, we put them on "New Talent” until they build their speed/skills (that has limited services). Then we switch them over to a regular stylist (that has much more services), but they aren’t “new” anymore. It would be great if I could quickly apply all those services at each location instead of having to do them one by one.

  12. Currently, the scheduling rule that allows clients to book late minute appointments are set at the brand level. Business would like the ability to set this per location since some locations want to allow clients to book up to 1 hour before appt time and another location at least 24 hours before the appt time.

  13. The ability to upload a client profile photo so we know who they are. Kind of like the provider photos but we'd see their faces. Clients can upload their own photo as well on their client portal.

It would be amazing if there was a search tab in the messages tab to quickly find client conversations. the message tab in the clients profile does not show if a message was delivered or not, and we have so many texts messages coming in and out in a day its very difficult to find client conversations.

  16. Add 'delete all markings' as an option on face treatment sheets.

    Maybe delete all red, blue, green, etc? I like to leave pencil marks for my tox injection patterns to copy into their next chart so I know about where I injected last time. If they have filler, I will draw on using a different color, their injection patterns. Would be nice to be able to erase by color! It's time consuming to delete all my little lines, dashes, arrows, etc.

  17. The new permissions are a great addition to the program.

    I am still struggling to figure out how some of the permissions work based on the descriptions. Having a little help icon on all of the administration pages to show what permission setting controls that page would be very helpful and intuitive.

    The technical descriptions can be useful, but I still can't figure out what permission is required to allow my staff to edit products at the business level (mainly to view and update UPCs/SKUs) Having that permission shown on the page would help me know what to turn on,…

  20. Automated internal prompts for staff based on specific parameters set by the business for client outreach/clienteling.

    Ex. Staff (Manager or Provider) receive a prompt that "These 5 clients were at your studio two weeks ago but haven't returned" or "These 10 clients bought X product", etc.
