  2. We would like to see better charting options such as the ability to enlarge photo comparisons, do side by sides with a slideshow. We would also love to be able to have the charting say the product that we are charting and not just a number

  3. Feature Request: Identification and Pre-Appointment Communication for First-Time Clients**

    Summary:

    We request the addition of a feature that allows our salon to identify new clients who have booked their first appointment. This feature should include an option to generate a list of these new clients to enable sending personalized messages or emails to them before their scheduled appointment.

    Current Functionality:
    Currently, Boulevard provides notifications for appointments but lacks a specific function to highlight first-time visitors. This limits our ability to engage with new clients prior to their initial appointment, which is crucial for creating a welcoming and personalized experience.

  4. Need a direct way to restrict online booking to only services that patients have previously received/ limit service options bookable online based on a client's service history. We do tattoo removal, and we cannot allow them to book online because they will pick the wrong size .
    need this to control them picking the right level of service since it autoloads the time slots and cost. patients pick the wrong one and then you have to catch and correct which is very difficult to be consistent with.

I would like the option to have the ability for Boulevard to upload paper forms OR copy and paste forms into the database instead of having to create a form for the patient to fill out before hand from scratch every time. Medical and History forms are pages long and very detailed. This has taken days long to format and I'm still not finished.

  9. We should be able to charge the membership card on file for the cancellation policy. If there isn't a payment card stored it won't allow you to bill them. Any card on file should be able to be used for payment.

  10. It would be helpful if the notifications blurred out after they have been clicked on to be completed. This way we would not have to keep track of each name done as we've finished the prior person.

  11. For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

  15. Under history, it currently only shows the date of the appointment. Due to having many providers here, it would be very helpful for it to show the procedure that was booked for that day rather than jsut the date and time. This allows providers to do a quick glance and not have to click every date to find the right appointment.

  16. We have a lot of clients that pick up rx and I need to be able to chart that every single time and that is not always with a scheduled appointment. It's very inconvenient to have to schedule appts for people that don't need them and then it makes our schedule look crazy trying to overlap our scheduled people with folks that don't need an appointment but I have to make one to get a chart or form to pull in for them.

  19. Currently, the Inventory on Hand report only shows the current inventory count. When you look at this report in Summaries, there is a date range option that does not impact the report at all. It would be extremely helpful to look at inventory counts retroactively to see what was on hand on previous dates.
