I need the text reminders to have the option say what the appointment is for, and who the provider is!!!!

not send texts asking clients how they enjoyed their visit after it was canceled
Clients are receiving texts and emails asking how they enjoyed their visit even if the appointment was canceled. This makes it extremely uncomfortable especially if they were charged for a no show cancelation and then get that text. Bit like rubbing salt in the wound and we wind up with pretty nasty replies.

Clients tab: filter by whether a client has account credit
Boulevard can now allow filtering the client list based on whether they have unused vouchers. It would also be useful to filter by other liability types such as account credit.

add a plus sign to online booking view
Is it possible to add a plus symbol on the online prices? I've resorted to listing so many choices on my menu because I have to break everything down showing prices separately for short, mid, long hair, otherwise clients automatically assumed thats the final price. Not sure if anyone else has this issue. Thanks for taking the time.

Disable text reminders for a specific appointment type
It would be nice to have a bit more control over text reminders. I would like to turn off text reminders for a specific appointment type. We use a specific appointment to act as a reminder to follow up with guests and we have to use the appointment as opposed to a schedule block for tracking purposes.

Create a package that can only be assigned to certain providers
We would like to create a package that is only redeemable when the service is booked with specific service providers. We would like to create a blowout package that is x amount of blowouts for y amount of dollars. Stylists at our salon charge different prices for blowouts depending on their skill level. For that reason, we only want the package to be redeemable with specific stylists.

visual Data Reports: Graphs, Pie Charts Etc
I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

Agreement Forms in Portal for ALL Memberships
RegenMD would like all clients to see membership agreements in the client portal regardless of them having "agreed" during checkout or not. Regen does virtual sales (not online or via the Duo) so needs the ability to have clients agree virtually as well.

We’d love to see an option within the service booking flow that allows clients to select a preferred undertone for their spray tan—specifically, the ability to choose a blue-based formula during online booking.
This would allow us to:
Better prepare for client needs before their appointment
Offer a more customized experience
Reduce intake time and manual note-taking
It would be great to have this as a toggle or dropdown option (e.g. Neutral | Blue-Base | Violet-Base) tied to the specific spray tan service.

Can we add an option to ensure that a referral code only works for the specific stylist who the client was referred to instead of any stylist?

have Push notifications for new text messages
as an owner for myself and the admin team, I'd like the availability to have push notifications come directly to my phone or through the app so that we don't have to constantly login to the dashboard to see messages or respond to messages. This is a feature that we had in Vagaro and it made it easy to communicate with clients quickly. Right now so many messages are overdue for responses because no one knows they're there until someone happens to check.

Allow Offset to be turned on for specific merchants but not all
Ability to toggle Offset on or off based on each merchant account when there are multiple merchant accounts in one dashboard.

Provider Calendars after they've left your Medical Practice?
For Medial Practices when a provider leaves the practice and you want to deactivate them in order to be sure non-employees can no longer access important patient and practice related data; If you deactivate their profile then all their previous calendar appointments disappear and are no longer available for the practice to view which has posed a problem. Boulevard needs to make it where you can delete a provider and not lose their calendar/past treatment schedule. Its important that staff be able to track the calendar by provider regardless of whether or not the provider is still with the practice.

Ability for a business to create, customize, and save more than 1000 reports and have them all be searchable and visible within the dashboard.

Inventory Input and Unit Cost Adjustment
Our accountant has raised some concerns regarding the way we input products into inventory, specifically when it comes to adjusting the unit cost for the price at which items were actually purchased.
For example, we sometimes purchase neurotoxin at a discounted price during sales, or on occasion, we receive it for free. However, when inputting this into the product inventory, the unit cost is automatically set to a general price, which doesn’t reflect the actual discounted or zero cost we've paid. Allow clients to import their own forms so they don't have to re-type and create entire new forms.
Let clients import forms into Boulevard that they may already have made or that are standardized from products or devices. That way there is no need to re-create an entire form that is already available for download.
