  2. Too many clients complain about not knowing if they are paused on a membership or when they are about to end their pause and get charged without notifications.... it would be helpful to send out a confirmation email on when they pause starts and ends. this will cause so many less client issues for us.

  3. Sometimes when we are checking out a customer, we come across a product or service that has not yet made it into inventory. We then have to add a different item and adjust the price to be sure the item is paid for. This throws off our inventory count and creates chaos at checkout. Can you add a misc line at checkout where an item can be manually entered along with the price and an option to add tax or not?

  4. Flawless Skin Center would like to be able to quickly see the total time of services being rescheduled in a single appointment. Currently, it lists out individual service times, and they have to calculate when rescheduling to ensure the whole appointment will fit in the new time slot.

  6. Lumi Skin Bar uses a lot of modifiers for their services. They would like to see them be required, or at least more visible, when booking from the desktop. They are aware and like that they are required for online booking.

  7. Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  8. Similar to client tags, being able to tag staff members and filter the calendar by those tags.

  11. We release packages every year, before we had the new package system, we had to make a new service and now we are trying to clean out our services and can't remember which is current and notice we linked wrong ones
    also to see when package should be inactive on our side without having to go to client list or client history

  16. Please add the Client (Patient) name to all sheets when a form or chart is printed with page numbers. This is normal practice for medical offices. It helps to insure HIPAA compliance. Thank you.

  19. If patient doesnt have CC on file, Need missed appointment fees to auto add to next appointment checkout AND have a distinctive color/etc to flag staff patient has a balance. Very awkward right now. Have to notice there is a balance, pay it separately etc.

  20. since the most recent update to the reports, the date range functionality has an error in it. I see 2 different problems. When picking a date range by clicking on the dates on the calendar, it does not accept the dates that are entered. The only way to do a custom range now is to enter it into the boxes at the top of the window.

    Also, when running multiple reports for a specific time range(for example, the previous month), you must now enter the date range for each report. Previously, the date range would remain the same until you…
