Help us get rid of needing to use MailChimp. Please add a feature for collecting new client prospects through our website
We have to use external platform as a funnel for gathering new clients by offering an incentive for joining our newsletter from our website. Currently BLVD only takes in new clients if they book a treatment/service. Is there a way to gather more marketing funnels.

After client check out shrink the appointment blocking if shorter than originally booked
If a service is scheduled for 2 hrs. and it only takes 1 1/2 hours, upon check out the appointment should shrink up and leave a gap. I am trying to coach employees that overbook time how they could get in other services and are wasting time and utilization of their day.

Show providers more client information (pronouns, notes)
Our providers are currently unable to see client pronouns in their mobile boulevard app. They also can't see scheduling alerts, or any client profile notes (they can only view appointment/internal notes). We need pronouns to be available at a glance, and for other notes to be viewable when entering the profile.

Staff-Only Reminder Feature
Staff-only reminder feature to our patient scheduling system. This would allow us to set internal reminders—visible only to staff—to track tasks like follow-ups and special patient instructions.

TouchMD or Similar Integration
I get that Boulevard is trying to transition into the Medical Spa world, but the treatment records just aren't up to speed for that. As Medspa's are now transitioning to wellness the medical bar is getting even higher.
It doesn't have to be TouchMD but some high-end medical charting system that is recognized and accepted in the space.

I would like to see ability for merchant accounts (independent contractors) to be able to automatically pay rent through ACH.
I would like to see ability for merchant accounts (independent contractors) to be able to automatically pay rent through ACH. Right now I have to create a membership as their direct payment method using their credit card and they are charged a fee and I am charged a fee so I don't receive the full rent amount.

Forms and charts
- Forms should be able to be copied and turned into a chart and vs versa so you don't have to start from scratch if you want to change it!
- Also on both forms and charts, common fields should be automatically populated! Fields that should come up automatically include patient name, date of birth, today's date. It's a hassle to fill these out each time! Even the provider's name should come up.
- When the patient fills out the form with their personal information, it should update their profile (with birthday, allergies, etc.)

Pronouns report
We would like a report that can show Clients pronouns if entered. Or a Pronouns column in the existing "Client Records" report. We would also like the ability to filter by Pronouns in the Clients tab.
This way, we can market and create audiences based on gender.

I would appreciate a place to note a client's Fitzpatrick in the demographics/profile to be easily seen at all times.

Show who is signed in
It would be nice to know who is signed in on the home screen such as initials next to the icon in the top right corner. This would be helpful for those who have multiple users using the front desk computer.

Appointment preview show reschedule date instead of initial booking date
On the calendar view, when you click on the appointment, it would be helpful to see the date that the appointment was rescheduled, rather than the original booking date and rather than having to click into the appointment and having to view the appointment details.

Name and date submission inclusion on printed charts.
include on a printed chart who it was submitted by and the date and time.

Someone to talk on the phone with for customer service :)
There's too much to type sometimes to explain a situation. And sometimes it takes a while for someone to reach back out to you. Having someone on the phone could help make the process quicker and have a quicker solution

Better visibility into the reason codes for when card are declined
Having easier to see and understand reason codes for when a card transaction fails, whether during checkout or for a recurring charge like a membership.

improve dashboards and reporting & BETTER MEMBERSHIP REPORTING
Similar to shopify or any other pos -> more visual charts/reporting
There should also be a much clearer dashboard for all memberships/subscriptions:
total count
total active
total inactive
payment overdue
churn %
ltv per client
FORECASTING - we should be able to have an idea as to when which subscriptions are being renewed (% of those approved on a daily basis/card declined,etc.)just better backend reporting all in all
