We need the capability to pay different commissions on certain products. Maybe based on category. Such as 10% for retail like shampoos and conditioners. 7% on styling tools because their markup isn't 100%

Create a way to "un-check in" a client in if you did it by mistake
Accidentally checked in a client by mistake, the only way to undo the mistake is to void the entire ticket and then re-book the client. We should just be able to quickly undo a mistaken check-in

If a patient changes which membership they are on or the cost of their membership changes, it would be nice to be able to edit the price that the patient is being charged rather than cancelling and restarting a new one

Hello, we would like to have the ability to limit the amount of reward dollars that can be used during checkout. Currently, the system only allows us to apply the full available reward amount. Is there a way to set a specific limit per transaction?

Offer codes for specific service providers
For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

Keep the same machine booked for the whole appointment! We have two LHR machines and when a client is booking multiple LHR areas (i.e. bikini and underarms) it books one area with machine #1 and the other area with machine #2. The provider uses the same machine for the whole visit so it should be just one machine per client per appointment booked. That way someone else can book machine #2! And we don't have to manually edit every single visit to be with one machine...

Group bookings for multiple existing clients
Allow group bookings for more than one existing client instead of just the client making appointment. Otherwise, it creates a new profile for all guests except the client making the appointment, and client profiles have to be merged.

We have Senior stylists that are allowed to block their book. We do NOT want them to be able to create or edit appts., but just place block
We want to reserve scheduling appointments for our front desk team. However, our Sr. Stylists may need to block their book and they cannot do that unless we allow them to create appointments as well. Can we please change this?

Multiple Job Roles
Looking for this feature as we have Estheticians who also work front desk. If they are assigned as an Esthetician, they will show available on the calendar even if they are working as front desk. Need to assign different job roles per day in the employee scheduler.

Follow Up Report (Med Spa)
We follow up with our patients the day after dermal filler as well as 5 days after treatment, 4 weeks after Kybella, 8 weeks after Sculptra, and 12 days after Botox.
If you could create a reporting system that notifies us daily on who needs a follow-up (based on those "rules"), and we would be able to mark that patient "complete" after follow-up, that would be a game changer!
