  1. The new way of checking out clients has too many unnecessary steps. The old way worked better and was more efficient for both the clients and the stylists. The tip should go back to being asked before the payment because everyone asks if they can tip and I have to explain every time that is if after you pay. Also we should only have one step that you have to "confirm" the payment. Right now they have to press continue and then later confirm . The continue steps is unessascary and just makes the check out process too long.

  2. To comply with medical documentation requirements for review by a supervising provider, we need a way to assign documents to a specific user within our account. This is very standard in other medical aesthetic documentations systems.

  3. Add the ability to report on cost of services within the commission reporting. Including when unit based pricing is involved so commission can be accurately reported based on net revenue, not gross, as this can vary wildly depending on the service provided and number of units used.

  4. It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

  6. When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...

    Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.

    I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)

    The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.

    The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

  8. Within the offer codes setup page/listing there should be a shortcut for high level metrics around the offer code such as number of uses, revenue, etc. It's cumbersome to have to look into beta reports each time.

  9. Not have just a credit card option for free services (such as corrections). We have to change the amount and then go to "Other" to close out the ticket. Also, even if the service were free not everyone wants to pay a tip by credit card, which is all this options currently provides.

  10. Would like to request client data to appear in multiple beta reports (be able to filter)
    1- Be able to select any and all info you want to see in all report (client birthday, email, phone, tags, anything from the client profile)
    and also
    2- Uploaded photos on profiles should auto populate instead of having to click

  11. We charge an automatic 20% service fee for all group and package bookings and would like to have the option at checkout to have an easy way to add the 20% fee with a click. This is not the same as the tipping feature as we do not accept gratuities through boulevard.

  15. Phone numbers are unique to every customer, so it should be used as a unique identifier and so should be a required field. We get very confused when we see 2 "John Smith" and not know who is who. In fact, we need phone numbers more than we need last names, as last name requirements tend to slow us down when making a new customer profile (especially if the last names are foreign and very long), if we just had their first name and their phone numbers, that should be enough to create a client profile.

  18. There are additional customizable questions that would be helpful for online gift cards, such as:

    Purchaser's Phone Number
    Recipient's First Name, Last Name (in addition to email
    Gift Card Delivery - (E-Gift of Pickup)
    Ability to select whether to use credit card on file if there is one.

  19. For those of us using Offset, it would be great to add a line item to the sales section of the daily reports, so we can see how much of the credit card fees were "offset" by the feature.
