clearer reporting on no-show, cancels, reschedules is critical
Theres no reason we should have to do this on a spreadsheet but clear reporting of this is a CRITICAL need
this is how its currently tracked on our spreadsheet but this is bare min:

"Copy from Previous Chart" Should Not Copy Old Photos – Only Charted Text/Information
When using the "Copy from Previous Chart" function, the system currently brings forward previously uploaded images/photos along with the charted information. This leads to confusion and potential clinical inaccuracies, especially if the old photos are outdated or no longer clinically relevant.

Allow patients access to review/access their own charts. We have multiple patients requesting access to their treatments/history but have no way to access records. Patients have a right to access their treatment charts.

Give users an option to view pricing for services
Ability to view pricing for services.
In the current settings when the patient called and inquire about pricing to the front staff, they don't have an option to view the pricing logs as they don't have admin priviliges. We need an option where front desk person can view the pricing for services without creating a test patient or have a physical spreadsheet handly

Hi! My team and I are all having the same pain point within the boulevard system, especially when accessing the sales tab in boulevard. Whenever you pull up an order, there is no option to scroll from previous order or to the next. Instead we’re having to manually hit the back button, which never brings us back to the same spot we were before and have to begin the process all over again for each order we need to look into. I didn't see this as a previous idea. It would be nice to send a link to our intake from via text message. I know clients check their text messages way more than they check their email so this could make that process more efficient

Memberships Have Additional Booking Hours as Perk
I’d love the ability to offer “after hours” or exclusive booking windows as a perk for members at my medspa. Currently, there’s no built-in way to tie specific appointment availability to membership status, so I have to create workarounds with manual booking or hidden time blocks.
It would be a game-changer if I could assign certain time slots or staff hours to be visible and bookable only to clients with active memberships. This would add serious value to membership plans, helping incentivize retention while keeping standard hours for the general public.

Merge orders when checking out
From the front desk screen. The ability to merge the clients when 1 person wants to pay for the other. I feel like i should be able to drag and drop an order on top of another to easily checkout the client(s). Be able to look at gallery for the entire day or time specific and tag photos so when you want to pull all before and after photos of Microneedling it pulls all those photos instead of knowing the client name. Being able to add tag to photos to search through the gallery based on tags

You need to be able to offer a gift card special at checkout.
Example: Purchase $100 and get $25 free. The $25 should be automatically applied when they checkout with a $100 gift card without having to create an offer. Put parameters on time available and only when you purchase a certain amount.

It's great that we can now compare photos, but what about drawing on them to show the changes? Or SAVE them as a side-by-side.

Add options to show "no resources" to iOS app
The iOS update shows resources on the calendar. The resources show up any time that "is working" is chosen for staff, even if you don't choose any resources to show. The resources should only be enabled if you choose them or choose "is working" from the "all" menu.
