Add a way to assign documents for review/signature
To comply with medical documentation requirements for review by a supervising provider, we need a way to assign documents to a specific user within our account. This is very standard in other medical aesthetic documentations systems.

I agree this is very standard in medicine to be able to assign a chart to a specific provider for review/co-signing.
