  1. Allow a code to be made with a "book _, get %/$ off _" so that one service has to be booked in order for a discount to be applied to the second service. For example, "get 50% off enter service when you also book a enter service in the same appointment!". This would limit the need for manual tracking if an offer is applied to an appointment and one of the two services is cancelled so the client doesn't get the discount they don't qualify for. Also eliminated the need to manually apply the discount at checkout.

  2. There are too many clicks to make an appointment. Our patients get super confused. Received a ton of negative feedback regarding our online booking. Fewer clicks so that it's so easy to make an appointment, people almost do it by mistake!

  3. Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.

  6. The booking email used to include:

    "Free cancellation or modification before [date] [time]. After that, changes will result in a charge of [fee] of your appointment total."

    This is not only available in the the text messages now. Please turn this feature back on.

  11. We need a way to see if patient charts have been closed. First a quick “lock open or closed” on the front desk page to see if charts are open/closed as well as a report showing open charts. This is super important for proper chart compliance.

  13. As a Laser business, we have multiple tools that connect to the same machine. Some services need multiple attachments and some don't. Some services could be done one one machine OR another and if both are connected to the services both are required. I need the option to select and/or logic to resources to be able to control my schedule better. Right now some services cannot be booked online due to the limitations of your resources feature. Please add more functionality to make it easier to manage the schedule.

  14. Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.

    Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.

    t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.

  15. Loyalty points are visible in the client profile via the dashboard but not on the Pro App. Most employees use the app so they should show the same info.

  19. It is much needed that the free text in the paragraph charting to maintain the format it was written in when sending to print or downloading to send. All of the enter/returned lined merge together. It is imperative for our medical charts to have the enters/returns as it was written by the provider when downloading or printing.

  20. at our med spa we have products for sale that require consent forms. this would be much easier if we could add a consent form, or any form to a clients profile WITHOUT having to schedule them an appointment. our schedules are watched by the company that owns us, so our schedules need to be as accurate as possible.
