  1. We have clients who come weekly for weight loss injections as part of a membership program. We need to renew every 28 days, not "monthly on the start date". Due to calendar cycles, this is causing a lapse in coverage. Would it be possible to add this option to the renewal period?

  2. I should be able to process a deposit fee (whether a percentage of the total service or a flat fee) at the time I'm creating a dashboard appointment. I shouldn't have to then close that out, do a separate "new sale" under the patient profile to then have them purchase a dollar amount. That also requires me to create a special service to be able to charge in the new sale. It's a clunky and unwieldy workflow that can easily be rectified by simply allowing for a deposit fee option when creating an appointment.

  5. We use text marketing. We like it. We use the lost client text marketing. That text campaign has to be very generic though because it goes out to any and all clients, regardless of what service they are receiving. We were hoping to have a text campaign that is specifically tied to the service that the patient/client received. Example: The lost client campaign is something along the lines of "we haven't seen you in 90 days, click this link to book an appointment now."   7. Clients should have the ability to translate the english versions of our forms, notes and online services/scheduling to their language. The language barrier is a major hurdle. This could not only benefit each boulevard user but could also benefit boulevard as a whole.

  12. To better evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of our marketing efforts, we recommend the creation of a comprehensive report that consolidates key performance metrics for specific campaigns or promotions.

    Currently, the available reports lack several critical data points, making it difficult to assess which initiatives are truly driving results and where adjustments may be needed. Having access to these insights is essential for making informed, data-driven decisions moving forward.

    We propose a report (or a reliable combination of reports) that includes the following metrics:

    Total revenue generated (attributed to the campaign or promotion)

    Number of bookings tied to the campaign

  15. It would be ideal for each membership type to have the ability to auto apply their discounts when checking the client out. Example: VIP Membership clients receive 10% off injectables and 20% off skin care - having these %’s be auto applied at the time of check out would create many accidental issues with front desk staff forgetting to apply the client’s discounts and having to refund and create a new visit to check the client out again.

  17. When a new service is created we would like a setting on the business level access to disable online booking for all locations rather than having to go through each individual location to turn off. This is time consuming and need the option of setting this overall for the business.

  20. Boulevard should enable an option to restrict provider availability to Established Patients ONLY, preventing New Patients from booking while still allowing ongoing care for existing ones.
    I feel that an option like this would significantly help many providers keep their good established patients, while allowing new patients to book with other in-office providers and help build up their clientele as well!
