  1. If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).

    This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"

    Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.

  3. It would be nice if the referral program issued loyalty points that can be converted to dollars vs. automatic account credit. This way actual dollars from membership or account credits etc. are separated from promotional credits.

  4. Add the ability for businesses to set their preferred default state (checked/unchecked) for the "Resend Confirmation" checkbox when appointment types are changed after patient check-in. Currently, the checkbox defaults to checked and must be manually unchecked each time, which can be time-consuming for staff who frequently need to modify appointment types. This enhancement would improve workflow efficiency by allowing businesses to customize the default behavior according to their specific needs.

  5. This feature would add a new column or row in reports that automatically excludes vouchers from package sales. The functionality would:

    • Automatically identify and filter out vouchers associated with package sales in reports
    • Eliminate the need for manual filtering of packages with vouchers
    • Provide a more streamlined and accurate view of sales data
    • Save time and reduce potential errors in reporting

    This enhancement would improve the efficiency of report generation and analysis, allowing businesses to quickly access relevant sales data without the extra step of manually filtering out package vouchers.

  8. Enhance the "Referral Sources by Client" report by implementing a filter option to display only new clients. This feature would allow users to easily identify and analyze the referral sources specifically for newly acquired clients, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of various marketing channels for attracting new business.

  9. There needs top be a detailed report for providers on what they are actually getting paid. Minus any discounts, product charges , returns or anything else. There is no such report. They can not check their pay. Everyother system has a technician report like this.

  11. Blvd collects most the info needed for guests to book online but i would be if we could toggle on or off what information is required. for example we can require. credit card but it would be nice if we could require all the information so we have the client profile already filled out before they arrive. this would save time at check in/out and has a lot less room for error or forgetting.

  12. Group booking needs to be MUCH more clear for clients. It should not allow them to only book one appointment for themselves without adding guest info. I have run into the issue of clients thinking they booked multiple services for themselves and a friend because Blvd allows them to get all the way to checkout before asking for an additional appointment or requiring guest info.

    It also gives us no inclination that a client used the Group Booking tab so we can't check to see if they meant to put another guest! We are a day spa that offers multiple…

  14. Right now only Reports has the option to give certain individuals access to view if they do not have it. I would love to see this on summaries as well, so that certain reports can be viewed and printed by eligible staff members, while other summaries owners don't want employees to be seen can be hidden. I would love to print the Daily Summary so I can see the payment methods and make sure the receipts add up to the report, while still hiding the Commission Summary for example.

  15. We need to be able to block clients based on phone number alone. We've had creepers work around blocks on purpose by entering email address and name variations and it puts our staff at risk of harassment.

  16. Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!

    The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.

  17. when you click on an individual online booking, theres an option to make it as read. Sometimes there is not enough time to go through each booking so when theres 30+ bookings, its hard to organize which have been looked at/audited vs which are actually new and haven't been seen. Just a thought

  19. More visible change to page when toggling between different locations. It could be as simple as the information bar at the top changing colors or the logo changing . Something more eye catching to let Client services know what location they are making changes to

  20. I have never worked with a system that does not allow you to match up side by side photos and zoom in and out. Your function to do a side by side is truly not a function without this capability.
