  1. I believe it would be useful for all to be able to see the count of the statuses (stati? lol) of the memberships. How many are past due, paused, active, closed etc

  5. In the custom message via the online gift card settings, it would be great to be able to customize text, like add line breaks, bold, italicize parts of the message to make messaging clearer to clients when needed.
    For example: when running a gift card promotion with several discount tiers, being able to display those amounts and corresponding offers nicely in the custom message area.

  7. I sell a lot of vouchers and customers like to add the tip at the time of voucher purchase so they don't have to do anything when they redeem. If I don't get a prepaid tip, most often my providers don't get a tip on these voucher redemptions. I have to track this in google sheets now....

  10. As a business owner, I would like the ability to report on the number of new memberships sold by each of my staff members.

    For example today one of my favorite reports is a weekly report in which I can see my staff and the following items:

    • How many new memberships they sold
    • How many appts they had
    • How many members they saw
    • How many non members they say
