Cash Vs Accrual Report Options
Because most business take advantage or your voucher system to pre-sell services it would be helpful to have an option to view sales as cash sales or accrual sales.

Decouple online booking widget from online GC purchasing
Users currently don't have control. If a user wants to NOT do online booking but HAVE online GC purchasing, they cannot turn off Online Booking. This is a design flaw. Online GC's produced and emailed then have a "BOOK APPT ONLINE" option...but it shouldn't!! This gives clients a work around from our booking process that causes us time and headaches. Please decouple online gc widget from online booking!

Select a Merchant for Account Credit
When adding account credit the payment is directed into the salon's main account. It would be great if you could choose to direct that account credit towards a specific merchant. In an almost complete rental salon, many of our stylists take deposits for extensions or other appointments, and that money should be directed to their merchant accounts, rather that having it go to the salon, then trying to run an report and reimburse them later.
Or a better way to take merchant specific deposits.

Upload appointments into personal calendar
For freelance services provides it would be great if they can take an appointment text and upload that appointment date and time into their personal calendars so they get reminders.

Allow Hyperlinks in Client Messaging System
Sometimes when messaging clients, we want to send them to another page on Boulevard. If we could create a hyperlink, the clients could get to that page in only one click.

Add gift cards as a payment method at checkout.
we have a-lot of clients that receive or purchase gift cards with us and would like to use their gift card to hold the appointment/as payment.

Sort Clients by Tag
It would be great to be able to sort all clients by tag for marketing and other purposes as well. A cumbersome work-around is looking them all up one by one.

It will be great that the BOH is able to upload image to each of the retail product so that the front desk is able to skim through the inventory list easier when client want to make a purchase

Memberships need to be TOP of the list above Services
Memberships for those businesses that sell them are a HIGH priority sale. The online booking tool puts them at the bottom of the service list right now. They should be at the top so people can see that they can get a better deal on combining services into a membership. It's lost today at the bottom and we do not see any purchases for them.

Accounting / Reconciliation Report
Comparing sales recorded in Boulevard + the deposits in the bank statement do not match. She needs to be able to properly classify service sales, products sales, gift cards, sales tax - totals don't match. For the deposits, she needs to know what the exact merchant fees are on a given day - including interests charge and gateway fees. For example, if there's a $4,200 deposit, she wants to pull a report that shows the $4,000 sales and $200 interest/gateway fees. Integrated online booking logic for forms for minors
Allow for custom fields to be gathered for clients that are then integrated into their client profile and trigger specific forms to be sent in advance of their appointment.

Remove Suggested Products under client profile after purchase
The client profile retains/keeps the suggested product in the client profile even after the client has bought it. Would prefer for it to be removed once the client purchases it so they are not suggested the same product if they come in before their next appointment.

Ability for stylist to view their service & retail numbers in real time + closed tickets
Stylists have daily goals when it comes to retail & service and they would also prefer to see their ticket totals instead of going thru the front desk and asking for a nightly report

Once a review is received, push that review to the service provider's staff app so they can get instant notice of how they are doing.
