  2. Ability to add merge tags in email body to say things like "show this email within the next 2 weeks to get XX% off your next service" or "Come in for your next appointment by :insert merge tag: "for [2 weeks] from the date of sending this email for XX%" off your next appointment." This would allow the email campaigns to remain more evergreen.

  4. only allow marketing emails to be sent on a per location client basis. Right now Franchisees are able to send marketing emails to other locations' clients due to having access to the full client list within the dashboard.

  5. Client forms for med spas should be provided and the editing/creation more robust. Other med spa software provides hundreds of forms. AmSpa has available forms that would be great to have access to here: https://americanmedspa.org/medspaforms

  7. I would like to be able to remove the service duration from the emails that clients receive. If the duration is 30 minutes, that is service time, clean up time, charting, etc. But to a client, it means they can be 20 minutes late because they don't think it'll take that long... I'd like to have the option to include service duration on the emails or remove it.

  9. Have the option to name a saved credit card as "primary" or "use for membership" for clients who have multiple cards saved on file so we know which card to use for checkouts. Often times clients dont know their card number so they end up having to pull their cards out to see which one they want to use anyway

  11. The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

  12. one person wants to pay for two different peoples appointments without having to merge clients but pay for both on one transaction. instead have to pay for both separately??

  13. We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.

  14. For medical aesthetics, we want to see a quick snapshot of the appointments when we open the patient profile. I want to see the picture above the appointment, the treatment performed what was injected, or how many units were injected under the picture. Also, the provider can open the invoice attached to the appointment to see what was charged. It needs to be more aesthetic medical spa friendly

  16. As a medical practice - it can allow the patient to edit the date at which consents are signed. It should be time stamped for legal reasons and should not be editable.

  19. Currently 'Edit services' controls if an employee can toggle off/on services and create services. There should be two separate permissions, one that controls toggling services off and on and one that controls creating new services.

  20. Right now you can't edit or remove banked units after purchase in the client profile. Please fix this as it makes it difficult with inventory.
