  1. (or new widgets for online sales of gift cards, packages, products etc)

    We'd love to be able to send clients directly to the BLVD widget on our site for promotional purposes to sell gift cards, products and packages and need links to include within these promotional assets (email newsletter, site banner/pop-ups etc) as sending them to our site currently would leave them confused as the only active widget instructs them to "Book Now" which is not (necessarily) what they would've come here to do (nor is it the CTA that just got them to our site).   2. It would be nice if there was a way to scan a paper form into Boulevard, so if a guest doesn't fill out their electronic form, we can still save it on Boulevard for viewing!

  3. It would be awesome to see messages that were previously sent to a guest right when you click to message them from their profile (almost like a text thread that pops up when you go to type a message) - instead of having to go into the profile messages section to view the previous thread. We've accidentally sent multiple messages to the same client because we forgot to check if they'd already been contacted. Would just be really nice and convenient!

  6. When you are creating a new appointment it would be good have other options on the Referral Drop Down list. This would enable us to capture how many appointments are being booked because people are calling the store direct, vs booking on-line or the Stylist Self-booking

  9. When toggling back and forth between waitlist/calendar in order to fill up the schedule, or editing an appointment, the calendar returns to today which slows down the process significantly.

  12. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  14. Ability to add/adjust gender on a client profile for marketing purposes (ability to filter under the Clients tab)

    Glosslab runs campaigns specific to the client's gender and would be useful to have to target the correct clients.
