  3. Upon checkout it would be great if the tip screen was shown first, then the signature screen. Clients are so confused why they must sign before sliding their credit card, that they completely disregard the tip section.

  5. Confirmation emails to include the service provider's name. This will help us prevent last-minute confusion or cancellations for clients who intended to book with another provider, or a provider of a certain gender.

  6. It would be helpful to have check-in and check-out alerts, similar to the booking alerts. These are very helpful to assist us if the Client wants the following: Warmer Pod, Music Throughout, Music at the End Only, Their own Music, etc...

  8. So that staff or management could essentially place notes on times to do a number of tasks such as analysis or dictate instructions to staff.

    Examples:

    Wanting to notate a region of time for analysis. To refer to things, we now are marking up schedule screenshots using outside editors, if they were native to Blvd then these notes would be cloud based and businesses would have the confidence they are synced across and we can always be looking at the same data and most up to date.

  11. There should be a way for us to create a pay structure or several for each location. rather than having to input individually in each staff profile. Needs to be a structure for hourly and salaried team, and a combination of the pay structures.

  14. Some barbers are not getting texts or notifications once clients check in until 10-15 minutes later... This causes barbers to fall behind if SC is busy and unaware that the barber didn't get the notification.

  15. As a spa owner, I want to constantly give high end service to our clients as well as make things efficient for my front desk staff. If there was an area where we could save and easily access robe size, shoe size, drink preference and custom fields...it would elevate the clients experience as well as help me run a more efficent business. I'm sure the salon side would also benefit from other feilds and/or custom field options.

  18. Reporting on expired or upcoming expirations of vouchers for businesses that utilize expirations. This will assist in recognizing the revenue at the time of expiration from an accounting perspective.
