Website linked to logo in confirmation/reminder emails
The link at the bottom of the confirmation and reminder emails (to get back to the website) is very small and not easily seen. It would be great to have the logo linked directly to the website, so that clients can click the logo to be directed back easily.

Hover Over Details on Employee Name Headings
It would be really great if we could select certain sections of the employee profile to show when the mouse hovers over it in the calendar setting in the business dashboard.
A quick place to see "oh this employee speaks another language" or any other quirk or specific requirement/skill/need that that employee might have.

Add a "none" button to the resource view options
It is nice to have the "is available" option for the resources on the calendar. It would be super handy to have a "none" option to remove them with a single click rather than having to click each one individually.

ability to deactivate bulk amount of vouchers at one time. if client cancels membership we need option to suspend vouchers

Jotform and BLVD
I would love to have full integration with Jotform and BLVD. I have a beautiful new client form I created on Jotform, and there is no way to link it to client profiles. BLVD integrated forms do not allow for any special/fancy/cute formatting, and do not allow clients to upload photos.

Multiple location Reporting
We would love to be able to pull reports for the entire business including commission, Sales, Ect. We have two locations but operate as one salon and this is a bit of a pain point on the back end

Add-ons that require a resource need to be linked to resources
We have LED as an add-on to our facial services and it would be very beneficial to have that linked to where it blocks the resource column so that we do not overbook that resource.

If the last prompt on a client's ticket says the method of payment instead of CHARGE, it would be less confusing!
On client's check out ticket, can you change "Charge" at the bottom to whatever the payment actually is, because it is confusing when a client pays cash and it prompts "charge!"

Ability to set memberships at different prices according to service provider
Providers at barbershops often have different pricing. Customer would like to be able to offer memberships at different prices for each of their stylists

Ability to duplicate schedules (especially for resources)
All of our resources are available for all of our open hours. It would be great to be able to schedule these all as a group or copy and paste between resources so I don't have to manually set up schedules for all of the resources one after another.

Past tickets
When looking back at past appointments when we click on the appointment and on view order and then the receipt/ ticket shows up but then when we go back it goes to the current day. Would be nice to have it stay on the past day we have chosen .
