Option to enter notes on loyalty point updates
The business would like it to be option to enter in a reason on why loyalty points are being updated. They are trying to save as much time as possible.

More descriptive text confirmations
We would like to see more descriptive text confirmations for clients with multiple appointments in one day. At this time, clients receive separate text confirmations for each appointment and it does not say the type of service and/or service provider name in the text confirmation.
One particular client was booked for a Manicure at 10am and Pedicure at 10:45am, immediately following. The client received two separate text confirmations and on different days. The client showed up at 10:45am, thinking that her appointment was rescheduled to a later time.

Removing Checked out BUT cancelled Appts
sometimes accidents happen and an appt gets checked out before it has happened. Once it has been checked out it can't be edited or REMOVED from the calendar. This means other clients can't book this spot online

Have Beta reports that allow customization of EVERYTHING.
I would love a report that allows me to see ALL details for products.
Details would include: inventory on hand, reorder point, brand, supplier, etc...
Some items (like reorder level) can only be seen by painstakingly clicking on EVERY product.

Search available appointment times via app
My staff and scheduler add appointments virtually from home/car etc using their iPhones and iPads. We came from Square (which had a FANTASTIC app for scheduling).
We need the ability to search available appointment times for each staff and have it only show the assignable services for that specific staff member.
Trying to flip through a 3-day calendar view to find available appointments is ridiculous.

Stylist Service List Report
We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

Improved Tag Settings
Control if a tag can be set on the profile level, appointment level, or both. For example, we have a tag for group appointments but it sometimes gets added to a client's profile instead of just the one appointment

Remove black overlay from banner
Our graphics and photos look terrible when shaded with the automatic black overlay. Please remove or make adjustable so branding can shine.
