Front Desk Report - Detailed Time Log every step.
As we have Unconfirmed > Confirmed > Arrived > Completed in the Front Desk view.
It would be great to actually track exact time the client arrived. Was active and checked out with the exact time log. Boulevard already Logs this information, we just need a report of it.
Example client Anna had a 1pm appointment but came at 1:10pm
Stylist John took Anna at 1:15pm to his chair but spend 3.5 hours on her instead of the 3 hours allocated.
Anna Checked out at 3:45PM, instead of ~3pm.

Add more colors for staff members
As our business is growing we need more colors! It can be confusing checking people in and out if 2 workers have the same color attached to their schedule :) Even lighter or darker shades of current colors would be good! Thank you!

Option to text a service provider from the calendar context menu
It would be super useful to have a "text this staff member" option from the context menu that pops up when you click beside their name in the calendar. We often need to send quick reminders to staff members, and this would be a great shortcut in doing that

My idea is that us receptionists should not be able to finish a transaction/sale without a seller (aka who the commission is going to)
I have been at Lords and Ladies for 2 months and one thing me and other new people struggle with is not remembering to click a stylist when selling a product. My hope is that one day the system will not let us complete a sale without selecting a seller instead of it saying "No Seller" since I keep forgetting and it messes up the stylists commission.

Reminder Text should include service
The confirmation text should include the service you are scheduled for. We have had people that don't realize what their appointment is when they confirm and then they are angry, or they leave without receiving the service due to their available time. (if they thought it was a 45 minute haircut but it is actually a 90 minute massage, etc...)

Blocked Time Report
The current timeblock report is not user friendly, doesn't give staff names, no date picker etc. Would like to easily be able to identify time block reasons and lengths for providers as well as view deleted time blocks, including which employee created and deleted them, and when.

No appointment reminder option
We have treatments that require daily follow-up phone calls while a patient is under our care. We need to be able to schedule phone call appointments on the nurse's calendar without those appointments sending appointment reminders to patients, so having an option in the appointment type to turn off reminders would be awesome.

Boulevard available on FIRE OS operating system/downloadable on amazon apps
This app would be great to be able to use an amazon fire tablet as they are so much more affordable than apple and android devices. Deveolping the software to run on FIRE OS operating system is very similar to the android systems. I understand you can add google play to an amazon fire os system, but it would be nice to have the boulevard software available on amazon apps.
