  1. Right now you can only do group checkout in front desk view, but calendar view should also have the ability to add multiple tickets into a group check out.

  3. In an effort to cut down on accidental refunds to the incorrect payment method, could we implement an additional confirmation for refunds so that they staff member must confirm their refund method before processing?

  4. For the adjust quantities option: I'd like to be able to change or delete the ones that don't get used often.
    - The ones I use most are "usage" but that isn't very specific. I'd like to be able to denote if the product got pulled for use on back bar or for a class for example.

    For the disabled product- There is never a time I want to see them after they've been disabled unless I am turning them back on. So it becomes a little tedious to need to toggle them off every time I want to condense…

  5. client records report is use for client analysis but adding primary location would be extremely helpful since it is not reportable anywhere. otherwise, we need to combine it with another sales report which produces blank "location" fields for clients who have visited more than one location in a given timeframe

  6. Adding total stock tracking for individual items.This addition would provide a clear view of each item's total stock, including both product and resources for services. It would streamline stock management and improve decision-making on replenishment and resource allocation.

  9. It would be great for coaching and teaching opportunities for BLVD to time stamp user actions such as processing payments, refunds, bookings, canceling, etc. If an error is made we cannot look back to see who made the mistake and course-correct

  10. The business would like the ability to put a note or an alert that can be customized on the booking widget. It could be located in the top right or left hand corner of the widget.

  15. It would be helpful to have it log when the client checks in as arrived or in service to when they get checked out so as owners we can see on average how long each service is taking each one of our employees and we can adjust the service to match that.

  17. Usually I want to pay staff on the normal service fee, not the discounted price, but there are instances when this would not be true- memberships, package pricing, and with certain services. I would like to have more control over when discounts are eligible for commissions and when they are not.

  20. I noticed people tipped exponentially more when our systems were down and they werent prompted by the precentages at checkout. Maybe instead of 18, 20 and 22% we had 20, 25 and 30 and if people wanted to tip less they would have to enter it manually?
