Relationships between guests would be helpful in tracking visit history. If we have 3 John Doe's, which of these is married to Jane Doe?
Relationships would help to keep track of who is friends or family of who.

I suggest Boulevard incorporates a cloud based phone system like my JustCall so I can switch over to all-in usage in Boulevard.
I use JustCall for my cloud-based phone system right now, it's a Twilio number that allows 2-way texts and recorded phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Would Boulevard be able to incorporate that? I would love to switch to all-in usage of Boulevard and cut out the extra expenses of that other phone system. It costs a lot.

Customizable Staff Privileges
Being able to restrict service providers from viewing certain reports/limiting them to see their own metrics would be very helpful.
For example, service providers should only be able to see their own tips/commission, and not view everyone else's.11 votes -

One Time Blast Warning Notifications
It'd be a great idea if warnings were surfaced before sending out a One Time Blast advising the user that these campaigns cannot be edited, or unsent once they go live so that users are notified that they need to check settings and their content over before launching a campaign.

Dashboard Booking Customization
Would like the ability to show services next to the service provider name when booking in the dashboard.
For example, if someone calls to request a SP, and want to book for a certain SP it would only show the services the SP provides in the preview window

Group Checkout in CALENDAR View
Right now you can only do group checkout in front desk view, but calendar view should also have the ability to add multiple tickets into a group check out.
