Implement a 'day of' booking restriction for offers to allow offer codes to only be used for booking services for the same day.

Longer Waitlist Duration Visibility
When adding a client to the waitlist, there should be an option for a date range, not just a specific date. For example, a client has an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out but would like to be on a waitlist for any date sooner. It's a lot of work to add them to the waitlist for each of the days before.

Assign unique forms to clients that can be filled out without an appointment
An example of how to use a uniquely assigned form would be a membership sign-up. There are conditions and rules for our memberships but no way in Boulevard to assign a form to one person without booking an appointment. Ideally we could assign a form and have them fill it out on an iPad whenever we want.

View forms/charts privilege granularity to indicate which ones an employee can or cannot view
Not all services are HIPAA-covered, so there are specific forms and charts that will contain PHI, and others that will not. It would be beneficial to be able to indicate that an employee can view completed forms/charts for all except those pertaining to HIPAA-covered services since they're not offered at all locations, but would still need to be able to view those for other non-covered services.

Duration of appointment in email confirmation
Please add the length of a client's appointment to their email confirmation, where they can already see the start time. Adding an end time would be helpful so they aren't surprised at how long the service will take!

Allow returning clients to log in when booking
The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

offer code location setting - ability select/deselect all
currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist

The business would like to be able to organize the view of the products within the dashboard how they would like. At this time they are automatically organized Alphabetically.

Online Booking Name Input
Letting the guest put who exactly the booking is for no matter the email address. We have moms booking for their kids all the time and its always under moms name. It would be super helpful if they could put who the booking is for.

Having the option of the emailed receipt on the customers check out screen so they can decide yes or no to that.
Within the checking out of the client they get all the way through and then we have to ask, would you like a copy of your receipt through email. A customer suggested they be able to say yes or no to this on the ipads

Add Client's Phone Number to Calendar View
We would love the option to add the client's phone number to the calendar view OR the ability to add to the Staff Schedule report. We print either the calendar view or the Staff Schedule to give to the providers. We use this to issue points and the front desk has to look everyone up to get their phone number, which is pain point for us.
