  1. The business said it is the law where they live to have an expiration date entered on a gift card. The would like to have this automatically happen when a date is entered rather then manually expiring.

  2. It would be helpful to be able to access forms in the check-in app. When several guests check in under a group booking with one number we have to build out profiles and forms and have them fill out one by one. If they put their number in it creates a walkin appointment and you can't tie the walkin to the the already scheduled appointment. If we could go to their appointment and access forms there in the app that would speed along the check in process when there are multiple guests.

  3. Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

  4. Right now you only get name and email for client export, what if I wanted to pull out the addresses of all my clients so I could analyze my business to see where most of my clients are coming from?

  7. While reordering of addons and modifiers is avilable with in the respective categories, being able to reorder modifiers before addons would improve the flow of my booking and give owners more control over their guests booking experience.

  8. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

  10. Staff members with client profiles should be allowed to opt out of their social media profiles from being scraped and added to their profile. I am a manager and by necessity I need a client profile (for training, testing, and for my own personal services), but I do not think it's necessary or helpful for everyone in my business to see those profiles (especially because it finds many obsolete accounts I don't recall/ don't actively use, etc). I would love if staff members, including myself, could turn that off from within the admin dashboard.

  11. I think it would be EXTREMELY to have these options to form:

    • Manually link the forms so that we can send in marketing/client reach out campaigns

    • The option for forms to be required for booking

    • An alert or list of clients who have filled out forms (so we can input any information into the file)

    • A birthday option that automatically updates their birthday on their file (year not necessary)

  13. I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.

  14. Make the waitlist box change color when someone is added, or add a symbol to indicate the waiting appointment. It's very easy to miss the gray number.

  16. Often time we are on the calendar page supervising the schedule. For a swift and quick random walk in or forgot to also purchase can just stay on the calendar page and have a button to check out a random purchase that didnt have an appointment.

  18. We REALLY Need a report that shows all new SCHEDULED bookings are made in a given time period -- broken out by Self-Booked or Other (Called In) -- and filtered by New Clients vs. Returning Clients.

    We are ramping up our marketing efforts and we need to see how those efforts are performing. We can see the number of self-booked clients by observing cart_completed in GA, but that isn't sufficient. Help!

  19. Right now you can only add your availability on a set cadence. I don't have a set schedule so it would be great to be able to select what days I'm available in a calendar month type setting instead of weekly/biweekly settings. It'd be nice to do it day by day.

  20. It'd be great if BLVD could implement a way to allow us to remove certain (or all) service names from showing in appointment reminders and notifications as we provide some services that clients would like to keep private as much as possible. Thank you!
