  1. Some of our providers have dedicated times for types of appointments and it would be helpful to have those parts of shifts a different color
    ie: mornings are for consults and afternoons are for treatments

  2. The ability to add a negative account credit balance to a client's profile. Sometimes card payments don't go through and/or they do not have an alternative payment method so it's necessary to track what a client owes.

  3. Your terrible messaging update no longer allows me to move the message box outside of the message window or open multiple boxes. i'm often messaging multiple people on the calendar page. it was so easy. guess what i cant do without opening two windows and clicking back and forth?

  4. We are trying to build the clientele of our new service providers. We are making offers specifically for them to get people in their books. It would be helpful to be able to make a "rule" and the discount code only applies when booking with that service provider.

  6. The ability to turn off the feature within the contact center that sends automated texts to the closed inbox. When a staff member is messaging a client and a reminder is sent, the whole message is closed automatically. It can be difficult to keep track of messages that were closed in mid conversation.

  8. We offer an array of add-on options, including multiple haircut and treatment choices. To enhance our online booking experience and make it more client-friendly, we'd love to organize these add-ons into sub-categories. This way, instead of a lengthy list of options, clients can easily navigate and select their preferences. Example as follows:

    Haircut Add-Ons
    - Haircut A
    - Haircut B

    Treatment Add-Ons
    - Treatment 1
    - Treatment 2

  10. It'd be great if once the client received the reminder for their service via text they could reply with 'for which service' and they would get a text letting them know which service they booked for.

  11. When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?

  12. The business said it is the law where they live to have an expiration date entered on a gift card. The would like to have this automatically happen when a date is entered rather then manually expiring.

  13. It would be helpful to be able to access forms in the check-in app. When several guests check in under a group booking with one number we have to build out profiles and forms and have them fill out one by one. If they put their number in it creates a walkin appointment and you can't tie the walkin to the the already scheduled appointment. If we could go to their appointment and access forms there in the app that would speed along the check in process when there are multiple guests.

  14. Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

  15. Right now you only get name and email for client export, what if I wanted to pull out the addresses of all my clients so I could analyze my business to see where most of my clients are coming from?

  18. While reordering of addons and modifiers is avilable with in the respective categories, being able to reorder modifiers before addons would improve the flow of my booking and give owners more control over their guests booking experience.

  19. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.
