  1. We need a way to track outstanding balance for customers on bigger packages. Some don't get approved through Cherry, etc. so we allow them make weekly payments throughout their 6-8 week package. There is a way to track customer credits but we need a way to track amount owed and ideally this would populate during checkout.

  2. Right now if there are no available appointments at the time selected, the Boulevard booking widget surfaces a sad face emoji and messaging advising the client to choose another time - we'd like to be able to customize that wording to better fit with our business.

  5. A report to see which clients prebooked. for example you pull up a report the week of March 4th thru the 10th. It would show the number of clients you saw and how many of them prebooked.

  8. Allowing the appointment to be available for checkout again after doing a refund. EX. A client gave $100 in cash and rest on card. The appointment was checked out in full with cash by accident. The remaining was refunded and we could not re-open the appointment for checkout on card. If a refund is done on an appointment, you should be able to go back into that same appointment to properly check it out, instead of creating a whole new appointment.

  9. I would like to be able to remove the service duration from the emails that clients receive. If the duration is 30 minutes, that is service time, clean up time, charting, etc. But to a client, it means they can be 20 minutes late because they don't think it'll take that long... I'd like to have the option to include service duration on the emails or remove it.

  12. Audience and day schedule is too limited. Employee need more info at a glance or dig through for relevant processing. Name , phone, email but then Last seen, service, charges, new, established, appt time, last appt time, future appt time , tag applied , membership, credits available. Just a big database to build profile and surface good info for today's clients or upcoming.

  13. I would love to see more features on the app to make it eaiser for employees to manage out of the salon/spa.

    features such as the messaging capabilities
    seeing the product list so they can sell/ answer question out of work
    allow you to schedule add ons in the app
    view the waitlist in the app

    m any stylist/ therapist/ technicians deal with client schedules outside of business hours so I would love for them to have the ability to use the app for these features

  14. We have a lot of clients who will need to reschedule an existing appointment but instead go in and schedule a new one and then have to call us to cancel the wrong one. It would be great if the client got an alert that they're trying to schedule an appointment for a service they already have scheduled and ask if they'd rather reschedule the existing appointment instead.

  19. Add 'refund deposit' as a default refund option so 'other' and typing out 'refund deposit' doesn't have to be done. The majority of refunds are from deposits

  20. Right now clients can receive vouchers for services and products and account credit. However, many customers have written into support wanting to offer more than just vouchers and credit. Several medspas have reported that they'd like to have discount only memberships. Others say they'd like to change what perks clients receive throughout the year, some want to require a monthly charge but only grant vouchers once a year.
