  1. When a guest has more than one appointment booked, it would make sense that if they were making more, that Boulevard would prebook from the farthest appointment out, not the next upcoming one. It would prevent having to manually count how many weeks to book past their farthest out appointment from the day they are here or having to remember when their farthest out appt is. It is a lot of guessing and counting when it could be simplified to automatically prebook the set amount of weeks after their furthest out appointment.

  2. Boulevard desperatly needs to update the Gift Card client experience. More options with fun templates to chooce from..and redeeming should not be so wonky. I used spa boom before and it was really seemless

  3. Currently when customers purchase gift cards, it prompts them to send the card to someone. It would be nice if there was an option to purchase this for yourself OR email to someone else.

  8. If someone purchases a 1K membership but only pays $350, can the receipt show the $350 credit card/cash payment and a line showing $650 as the balance left on the membership cost.

  11. There is no nation-wide rule that gift cards cannot expire. Federally it is actually five years so if anything, you should have it set to 5 years and then allow each account to implement their own state wide laws. It is not required by law that you police this. Every other booking company and every other gift card system that I have ever used allows for businesses to implement expiration dates on their gift cards. This would be an easy feature to add since you already have exp dates on series.

  13. It is very annoying to receive hundreds of notifications when clients book or cancel appointments. This should be a toggle option to turn off notifications for the business level, not just individual providers!

  14. Vagaro had a feature that was very useful with timekeeping; they had a unique QR for each employee and they could clock in and out by simply scanning their QR at the front desk. This feature made it much easier for employees and the front desk.

  16. The gift certificate/card feature at the time of checkout is wonky. Our clients want something emailed right away. I know we can go to our site and purchase the GC's that way but it is a slow process. I would love to request a GC PDF to be able to be purchased at the time of checkout when the client is in the spa. I would also like to request that either the system auto-generates a number for the GC or makes it clear to use the client's last name for the code.

  17. This is beyond not ok. The system sends out reminders for cancelled and changed appointments. It makes us look completely incompetent and we have people showing up at wrong appointment times. Getting angry because they think an appointment they cancelled wasn't cancelled and they are going to be charged. Speaking of that. We have a 24 hour late cancel fee. Why does the system send reminders at 4:00pm the night before a 9:00am appointment? If we have a 24 hour late cancel fee shouldn’t the reminder go out 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time? This is 100% a BLVD…

  18. I would like to be able to pull up the liability waiver at any time during the appointment, not just before or at check in. Sometimes we pivot during the consultation and it becomes necessary to have this form. Having to re check in is a hassle.

  20. It would assist greatly with training front desk if we could see a consolidated report of appointments that were booked by one person. Since Boulevard already keeps record of who booked each appointment, I imagine it already has the data needed to put it into a list/report format.

    This way, we can narrow down bookings and quickly check that all appointments booked by that one person were booked correctly rather than clicking around the schedule to see what was booked by them in the first place.
