  1. The appointment reminders need to make sure to reflect the CURRENT appointment day and time. We have had several clients come in at the original appointment day or time, though it was changed in the system, the reminder that got sent to them was for the prior day/time instead of the changed time. This is a BIG issue for our time and theirs. PLEASE fix sooner than later! Thank you.

  2. The receipts are a daily issue for us. The patients call back all day wondering why they see so many charges but can't seem to easily navigate to what they paid. I think its the panic the feel and the confusion... This is in regards to the screen on the ipad showing the full amount which could be in the thousands but their actual discounted charge for a pkg or special.

  4. Recently the group tag emojis were revised, and it made it harder (for me) to quickly scan the calendar view to see which clients go with with group since several of the emojis look very similar. We use the colored dots on group appointments also, which does help, but emojis that look less similar would also help.

  5. It would be nice to see when any changes are made to the employees scheudles and who makes them. Such as adding breaks, making unavailable, etc.

  8. When adding the same phone number for multiple people ie mothers/ younger teens it gets confusing when they text the office it defaults to one or the other but its never correct. How can we simplify this, can it be by birthdate?

  9. Instead of a gentle "Your appointment has been cancelled", the No-Show message would hold a more appropriate tone if it was "You've been recorded as NO-SHOW for your appointment".

  10. In a perfect world where our software can give our staff the notifications that they need to provide care to clients but also the business does not have to worry about Boulevard data being collected in private email servers of our staff...

    The email would have subject: "A client has booked a BBL Tuesday at 3pm" and only in the email body there was a appointment card that utilizes dynamic HTML that shows the staff when viewing that Nicki Minaj has booked a BBL at 3pm on Tuesday.

  14. It would be nice to have a hard visual delineation between the staff schedule and room schedule in the calendar. Currently looking at it in its full view, the two blend together as they both have the same greyed out background to show bookable times. If there could either be a bold vertical line between the two, or have a slightly different colored/patterned background (different than the grey), it would make it easier to know exactly where the staff schedules stop at a glance.

  15. Include "Yea/Yeah/OK" as a "Yes" as an answer to the text reminders to confirm an appointment.
    We know how clients are: type yes to confirm and they answer Y or Yea, or Yeah, and the system does not recognise that!

  16. We have senior injectors that have a slightly higher price for injecting than our standard services. It'd be great if custom product unit prices could be added on a staff level for a service so we could easily charge at an increased rate.

  17. Under client history all you can see is what appointment they had, but it would be helpful if it also showed what provider they saw for their service without having to open up the whole appointment window.

  19. At the end of checking out a client, before sending the receipt email, there is a spot to write a message to the client. It would be great to have pre scripted messages saved in a drop down. This would make it a lot easier to send a message. IE: Today is prom day and I keep writing the same message (Have an AMAZING time at your Prom) Having 5-10 saved messages would allow a little personal touch on the receipt.

  20. Indie Mane Salon & Spa would like the ability to quickly see not only the date of previous service but how many weeks ago that service was. Currently, they have to manually calculate based on the date shown. They often use this function to determine next pre-booking window.
