Reporting for non taxable product sales
We need the ability to view reports for nontaxable product sale items. Ie if a hair extension is sold and used in a service it is a non-taxable item in our state vs selling a retail hair care product which is taxable. There is no way in reporting to separate that.

Service Lists by Provider
There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.

not being able to checkout appointment after a refund
Allowing the appointment to be available for checkout again after doing a refund. EX. A client gave $100 in cash and rest on card. The appointment was checked out in full with cash by accident. The remaining was refunded and we could not re-open the appointment for checkout on card. If a refund is done on an appointment, you should be able to go back into that same appointment to properly check it out, instead of creating a whole new appointment.

Filter to see who hasn't booked an appointment
It would be great if the client filters were able to filter "appointment count" at 0 appointments to see who hasn't completed was yet.

Create two separate privilege groups permissions for enabling/disabling services and creating new services
Currently 'Edit services' controls if an employee can toggle off/on services and create services. There should be two separate permissions, one that controls toggling services off and on and one that controls creating new services.

automate new guest follow up communication
We are having to manually send texts/emails to new guests asking them to fill out a survey in exchange for gift vouchers for their next appointments. I'd like the system to be able to enter a new guest into a 3-6 month after visit flow where we can send them reminders about our loyalty program, survey their experience, video links on hot tips...all to stay top of mind and add value to their experience.
