  1. We are a soap notes required biz.
    We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. Yes people should just do them, but the human brain is silly.

  2. simple filter under the sales tab so you can see any products or services sold without being assigned to a service provider. 3 times now a stylist sold a product but it was not assigned to them and commission was not given to them.

  3. MELT by Melissa would find it super helpful to be able to have new products added in BLVD be synced to Shopify. Currently it only syncs from Shopify to BLVD, and they tend to add products in store before launching online sales.

  5. Acquiring clients are VERY expensive. Sometimes people only check the first location in the toggle and blvds looking flow is very ridged and hard to get things in and out of the cart as well as understand what you are booking (it sometimes jumps to the next avail rather than showing it is booked)
    We really need a message or a way to navigate to the next location so we do not lose the client who is shopping. When something is booked, the booking flow for multi locations should have the message to check the other location, at the very…

  6. In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

  8. Voice to text - especially in the chat feature. Nothing is more frustrating that trying to type fast when client is standing there, and you are trying to get an answer from support . Especially if you have to spell check or edit what you are trying to say.

  10. Right now when you duplicate an element on on a form, it goes all the way to the bottom of the form instead of appearing right where you duplicated it, which in most cases is where you would need the duplicate element. It is not efficient to have to scroll all the way to the end of the form and then move the element all the way back up to where you are at.

  15. Since we are charged for multiple segments if the message is over 160 characters, there should be a character count on the messages so we can be aware of how many of our allotted messages we are using at a time.

  18. Under client notes, it would be great if you could customize the categories (such as adding different sections for notes). We have clients who do numerous different services (hair, facials, massage, etc) and having designated areas for service tech's notes would be so much easier! :)

  19. Ability to see and redeem voucher from mobile application during checkout. Currently you cannot see a voucher even exists and could accidentally charge someone who has a voucher which results in a poor client experience.
