  2. Please add: discount codes 1 per year. This will allow us to move toward automation without you building a fully automated system. Example birthday discount, xmas discount....

    We also really need a way see which ones are expired. It is very hard to track and very hard to tell by looking.

    Please also have a not stackable toggle...I would love to auto apply some so that people actually know there there...but currently cannot. When you turn on auto apply it also should not discount already booked appointments. The calendar is not set up that way, the discounts should not be…

  3. Account credits are reflected the same whether the client paid, or put a balance on their account. We allow certain clients to split payments for big ticket services over time (internal financing). The only way to ascertain that a client did not pay in full is to run a client outstanding receivables report. On the payments & refunds report, the transaction shows up as payment method=account credit even if the client ends up with a negative account balance.

  4. At the top of the Membership/Sales tab, it would be empowering to have an overview box with important information (the way you have a highlights box on the Client's Overview tab)... This highlights box should have the TOTAL # of recurring memberships, Gross $ of monthly membership $ coming in, and ARR annual recurring revenue projection, as well as # new members in past 30 days and # of lost/failed payment members in the past 30 days. Memberships are so important for medspas.

  8. Client notes listed can get lengthy when added to every appointment. It would be helpful if the notes would collapse and just show the date, then allow us to click on the date to expand each note.

  9. I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

  10. If you could send more product sales details to shopify accurately becauser your reports are lacking and I could use shopify reporting for product sales and all their product reports. In addition their PO system is much better and would allow me to use their product tracking better

  12. Have the option to name a saved credit card as "primary" or "use for membership" for clients who have multiple cards saved on file so we know which card to use for checkouts. Often times clients dont know their card number so they end up having to pull their cards out to see which one they want to use anyway

  13. The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

  14. Currently form access is either all the way turned on or off. It'd be great if we could restrict access for certain forms/charts to protect sensitive client information.

  16. If we can get operators in the system to tag in when they sell pre-paid units that would be great. As of now, and pre-paid units don't tie into an operator so we can't see that in the commissions reporting system.

    1. Stylists should be able to see who booked the appointment from their app, not just from the receptionist's view on desktop
    2. It would be nice to see the whole week
    3. Sending messages through the app to contact clients/see confirmations
    4. Stylist could see their merchant account info in their app

  18. It would be very helpful if the business could receive some sort of statement of credit card fees charged broken down by card type (debit/credit) to have full visibility into fees being assessed by Offset.
