- Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
- Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
- Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
- Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

Text Message File and Client Notes File Downloads. It's needed to respond to Disputes
I have to screenshot text messages and client notes to respond to disputes. So if it's possibe to download the information it would be better and easier to attach all the documents needed to properly dispute the charge backs.

Charting offering an additional box when choosing “other” or specific options for more detail.
“Other” drop down option in charts that populate a fill in the blank section or a similar concept of selecting a certain button on charting that populates another box for more information. This would help keep our basic charting clean and when needed, adding additional boxes and info.

Why have most of these ideas been sitting for more than a year
Alot of these ideas are things that should have been implemented from jump for salons and medspas. Pretty standard. Most of these have been waitlisted for a year. What is the point of voicing concerns if there is no action taken? If Boulevard gives us a capability on the admin side it should be flushed. out for all possibilities and needs to make things EASIER. No reason most things are manual entry when we have hundreds of clients.

All new appointments made online AND BY STAFF/FRONT DESK. Needing to monitor all new appointments that are made is critical.
Just like there is a cancellation list/notification for each cancellation, there should be a list for all new appointments made, not just online, but by ALL STAFF/front desk as well. Especially when training new staff at the front desk. As an owner, I can't monitor or review their work and ensure excellent customer service, up front for these appointments, in case they make a mistake. I think an All New Appointment log is critical to monitor all new business coming in.

Create a way to offer one time use or intro packages
So many salons and spa offer intro packages or treatments, and there doesn't seem to be a way to make that an actual one time use. For instance, we offer a 3 pack of sessions at a discounted rate, but anyone can buy those services as many times as they want. There should be a way that we can offer this and once its been used by a client they are no longer eligible to use, that way it doesn't create more work for back of house running reports to see who is abusing this price point and option.

Apple pay needs to be added as a form of payment
so many people walk in and try to book an appointment for the next day and they don't have their card on them and suggest apple pay but we don't have apple pay so i think it would quicker and more efficient if apple pay was a form of payment.

Create Printable Travel Tickets for Stylists to Utilize
We would like to create tangible travel tickets for stylists to be able to assess their clients' info all on one page rather than having to go thru multiple digital menus via Boulevard app. Client info like: Previous Products Purchased, Previous appointments, previous services + amounts paid, today's appt info and an area where they can write notes or suggestions.

"Skip First Term Voucher" to be a membership setting rather than at checkout
All memberships sold at the business should be skipping the first term voucher, so manually checking this at each sale leaves too much room for error and potential revenue lost if giving a voucher away accidentally. Having the ability to indicate that any time X membership is sold, the first term voucher should be skipped, would be extremely helpful

Disable credit card offset for client for the booking deposit fee
Clients should not have to pay the credit card offset % for the booking deposit fee when booking. It is not right because they haven't filled out the forms yet, so they do not know what the fee is and cannot consent to it. This is a legal problem for states like CA. But I would still like to keep a deposit and have the offset charge for the service at checkout, so please disable it only for the booking deposits.

Bug: The calendar view on mobile when you select a day does not update properly
On the iOS application, when you go to calendar view and select sepicific days in the future it does not select the proper day it will select the same day but the previous week.

Service Bundles and Day Spa Packages
Service bundles - have the ability to have multiple services in one service booking, and for the services to be with different service providers.
i.e. "pamper package" books services in package back to back...
