Boulevard AI
We are switching from Mindbody which has an AI feature built in which we have used tremendously. The AI answers missed calls via text scheduling, rescheduling, or answering questions. It can be built into the practice website to have an extra scheduling option. This feature schedules appointments totally of $5,000+ for us each month when we are closed or on another line with a client.

Ability to Separate Products/Packages by Client on Merged Appointments
When two or more appointments are merged—for example, when one person pays for services or products for multiple clients—all products and packages purchased during that merged appointment are automatically attributed to the paying client’s account.
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to assign products and packages to the correct client, even within a merged appointment. This way, each client’s account accurately reflects their individual purchases, package usage, and product history, regardless of who paid.
This would make tracking product recommendations, package redemptions, and client history much more accurate and reduce confusion at future appointments.

Set a button to fully minimize the chat window, instead of close it.
The Help Chat window needs to be minimizable, since it covers everything. Currently there is only an Enlarge button or a Close button.

currently the only way to send clients the required forms is to book an appoitnment, but there should be a way to

Changing the staff scheduling function
In the staff scheduling function, If you change someone's shift to "unavailable" (they have requested time off down the road, they need the day off for whatever reason) If their travel plans change or the day off in no longer needed and they are available again... When you put their schedule back in, it deletes ALL future shifts for that day of the week, and you have to then go back in to add those shifts back in, but also have to now check the calendar view to see if there was potentially and other days that were requested off…

Staff performance report should retain historical Schedule
The current staff performance report changes a deactivated staff member's "Scheduled hours" to zero, even though the staff member was available to schedule for those hours.
I am guessing this is tied to the crazy fact that deactivated staff members are removed from the past schedule completely.
I would like to see metrics for how booked we were in the past, even though some of those people don't work here anymore. This information just vaporizes when the person leaves the business. Please keep them on the historical schedule and provide this information in the schedule.

Memberships Have Additional Booking Hours as Perk
I’d love the ability to offer “after hours” or exclusive booking windows as a perk for members at my medspa. Currently, there’s no built-in way to tie specific appointment availability to membership status, so I have to create workarounds with manual booking or hidden time blocks.
It would be a game-changer if I could assign certain time slots or staff hours to be visible and bookable only to clients with active memberships. This would add serious value to membership plans, helping incentivize retention while keeping standard hours for the general public.

changing memberships billing dates
when a client request to change their billing date, the only option is to change the next charge, but then it goes back to the original. currently, the only way to change the billing date is to cancel the membership and set it up again. this consumes too much time and energy, and angers clients.

We really need to know how clients would rate our individual therapists after services vs. just their overall experience. Because so many of our clients have multiple services with different therapists it is important for our clients to rate each therapist so we know if there are issues on an individual level not just overall. So while we love the "general" experience rating, we want to drill down a bit further and then say something like:
Rate your massage with Stacey
Rate your manicure and pedicure with Kelly
Rate your wax with Leah

private calendar url
Currently when I import the Boulevard Private Calendar URL to my personal iCloud calendar, the standard setting is to remove alerts and attachments. Is there a way to change that, when my calendar has the location and alerts set up it gives me 30 min notices before appointments which syncs to my Apple Watch which helps me stay on schedule and it notifies me that it is time to go from wherever I am at to go to work. that setting is like that for almost every other imported calendar

Error Box for Unbookable Time
Having an error box / warning pop up when employees try to book outside of unbookable time (specifically when clicking "Select Time on Calendar" would be super helpful!! This includes booking during closed hours but also booking outside of employee's scheduled shifts.
For example- "The time you selected is outside of your availability. Are you sure you want to continue?"

Choose to view more than 50 products per page. We used to be able to select 100 or 200 items per page. I
We used to have the capabilities to click the arrow at the bottom of the page to choose 100 or 200 products per page. I don't want to keep flipping pages to get what I need when we have over 150 products for instance. That would only be two pages to click through.

Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind. My SEO company has advised me to sign up for other platforms based on the fact that Fresha, Massage Book, Mind Body, etc., have business listings that are pulling those companies that use them higher in listings and bringing them more business due to showing up higher in search. Annual Membership
We are offering annual memberships that include a set of services over the course of the year, 4 of 1 treatment, 6 of another, etc. Currently memberships only allow us to include monthly services as vouchers. It would be so helpful if we could set how many of each type of service they are allowed during the course of a 12 month membership.

Wholesale accounts
Adding in a Wholesaler Feature.
I have an acne clinic and have my own product line. I offer acne trying for estheticians and purchasing my acne line wholesale for their own acne centers. It would be fantastic if boulevard had a feature to add in whole sale accounts where I can keep track of their reseller permits, Their product purchases, NBe able to sale them 50% off products, and make these purchases tax exempt.
