  1. We have had several guests who are confused about what adding themselves to the waiting list means. (thinking it is actually an appointment, etc...)

    It would be helpful if we had somewhere in the online booking settings to have a custom message about the wait list, and what adding yourself to it means.

  2. Only if a client knows to call this foreign number does this feature work. Our main line has been in use for 25 years+. This number doesn't forward to our main line so it seems not that usable of a feature. Also, that would mean changing our phone number on our Google Business Page, Yelp Page, Facebook and Instagram Page, All of our marketing collateral and our website to make this work.   5. I just noticed that on the receipts it doesnt show the addons nor the addon prices.

    This makes it hard both for the client to keep track of what they paid for as well as for internal auditing on receipts. If a price is overridden of an addon. for instance a nail design addon changes price, it does not show the addon price, doesnt show anywhere for tracking that the price was changed.

    A client could look back at a service receipt and see a service which is higher priced than the menu and think they got overcharged.

For example when there are 10 add-ons for each facial and we have 10 different facials I have to manually add each add on to each facial so either have them pre populate and just be able to check a box that we want them to be added or be able to create a group of "facial add-on's" to make adding them more efficient

  8. Printing a filled out form takes up a huge amount of paper: our one page massage form is 6 printed pages when printed from the electronic version on Boulevard.

    It would be great to have a system like the form design where you can design a printed version of the form data so you can have a more compact size.

  9. If a client checks out and then comes back for a suggested product, it the feature should allow you to open a new sale, enter the client's name, and the product suggested product populate without having to search their profile.

  11. Only appointment service providers are alerted when there are new bookings or changes to their appointments, but we want the ability for the owner/manager to also receive these alerts depending on communication preference settings.

  12. i.e. if a service provider is unavailable due to a vacation/day off (in the future), when creating the schedule for them, show alert for day that they are unavailable and to give option override or not. Create "Vacation alert"

  16. changing or switching services in the register instead of having to go in and change the actual appointment. People get blowdrys instead of haircuts or a toner is added. It would be ideal to just add it in the register.

  17. The reason one has a pos system is to do tasks like this. The reception side should generate its own codes and track them for safety and to keep duplicates etc from happening. (that is if you are not using your own codes from an e-card etc)

    Also, there is an issue with having no 'To:' section of the card. Once a card has been given, it belongs to the new person. You run a sticky situation if the person who bought it uses it before the person they gave it to. You should add a section for the gift…
