  1. We should be able to see the discount name/reason instead of "offer based discount" in the detailed line item report so we can know exactly which discount was applied and by whom. what use is the discount reason if it doesn't appear in any reports?

  2. See client notes at a glance on the calendar in app and desktop. Easier for all staff to view notes without going into client profile. There should be a clickable option to turn on/off daily client notes.

  3. Show service provider name who received commission on past products sold. Would be helpful for reception staff to be able to see which service provider sold a specific product to a client in the past that way when they repurchase they a credited commission properly.

  4. It would be really helpful to have the ability to send a specific client waiver to customers by text and to be able to use Zapier to create triggers and actions surrounding waivers.

    Example: If a new appointment is booked, a waiver can be texted to the person. When the waiver is filled out, a notification in slack pops up.

  5. We need pictures and descriptions next to products. Aside from hair products, we also sell hair accessories and salon merch. We would really benefit from having pictures next to items so we can sell more to our clients.

  8. Helpful for marketing campaigns to win back clients. Currently clients filtered by last appointment (i.e. last appointment 6 months ago) will also include clients who already have appointments on the books coming up. The ability to filter these out would allow partners to create buyback campaigns for those clients which are not scheduled at all.

  11. Currently, you are only able to see the customized gift card messaging when viewing from the Online Gift Card Website URL. This account is requesting for the message to also display on the booking widget when buying a GC. Just incase a client decides to purchase through the widget as opposed to the GC URL.

  14. Allow access to only closed orders (preferably only ones associated with a service) on the sales tab (no access to register, gift cards, or payments). This will allow providers to click an appointment on the calendar view and then see if the guest purchased products and what gratuity was left.

  17. During the scare of the corona virus is there a way that a client could have the option to prepay before their appointment. Not that is would be required in order to make an appointment but that clients would have the option to pay a certain amount to support their stylist in the mean time!

  19. It would save time scrolling through all of the data to have a table of the summary totals at the top for each employee. Commission summary report does not contain enough data for payroll purposes since discounting and vouchers are combined without discretion, a report showing the service commission, discounted total, voucher total for each that didn't require miles of scrolling would be great.
