  1. check in on the IPad is redundant and should just be client phone number. clients frequently voice frustration w the check-in process requiring number, email and name. at least give us the OPTION to have clients check in w ONLY PHONE #.

  2. Sending out the day before confirmation texts at night is inconvenient, it would be better if we could set the time they're sent especially so it reflects our cancellation policy

  3. Be able to create custom items to auto-populate, such as previous medication dose, vitals. Or being able to auto-populate the notes section in the client profile.

  4. We would like our front desk to get an email anytime a client books online and has a scheduling alert in their profile OR if a client leaves a note in their appointment when booking online. This will prevent our front desk from missing important notifications and changes that need to be made ahead of time to an appointment can take place before the day-of.

  7. When opening multiple pages within BLVD, it will automatically close the previous page. It should allow you to change between pages without having to go and start over. Example You want to see order history to that specific client and you apply a filter . But then it redirects you back to all orders , then you have to retype everything It's very tedious

  10. Now that we're required to enter a reason why a membership is being canceled, we need to be able to report on this data to understand the most common reasons why clients cancel memberships and track them over time.

  12. It would be helpful to have the option to archive any charts even if they have been started or "in progress". This would be a nice option to have in case 2 of the same charts or open, or the opened chart was not used or a different one was needed.

  13. Currently form access is either all the way turned on or off. It'd be great if we could restrict access for certain forms/charts to protect sensitive client information.

  14. A report to see which clients prebooked. for example you pull up a report the week of March 4th thru the 10th. It would show the number of clients you saw and how many of them prebooked.

  16. To improve overall organizational performance and quality we believe it is important to be able to generate reports on client demographic variables collected throughout the intake process. These include things like (gender or racial identity). Additionally it would be helpful to be able to run reports for fields that are contained in forms. Or at a minimum, be able to review summary reports of forms to support data cleaning activities, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, etc. To summarize, the request is to build out the ability to run more nuanced client reports that help us to better understand client demographic variables, which…

    1. Stylists should be able to see who booked the appointment from their app, not just from the receptionist's view on desktop
    2. It would be nice to see the whole week
    3. Sending messages through the app to contact clients/see confirmations
    4. Stylist could see their merchant account info in their app

  17. Would love to receive an email at the end of the day with a daily summary without having to go into boulevard reports and filter out. A report that states all sales for the day, total appointments, any refunds and any other general important metrics. Other softwares like square do this and it was always a helpful way to review each day quickly.

  18. A lot of our clients see multiple providers when they visit the salon. It would be a convenient feature to indicate that someone is seeing more than one provider. Just a quick and easy way for a service provider to see that without having to hover over or click on the appointment

  19. Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...
