  2. At current turning off assignable means services can still be booked manually.

    I think it should be that under bookability that it is two part, bookable by us and bookable by client, then assignable mean literally whether this service can be placed on the provider's schedule or not. The distinction at current is wishy washy and allows too easy of a bypass.

  3. When entering color formulas, the option to track how often a product is being used is helpful. So when entering a formula if you were choosing from the inventory list, or it could pick out the items based on the formula it would be really helpful for inventory control.

  4. In the past with other processors fraudulent charges would be flagged, for example on Shopify it alerts us that it looks suspicious and to confirm details prior to processing. We've deactivated online gift card purchases to avoid any issues

  6. When client buys a package/membership online, send email on how to redeem afterwards and on the final "Review Your Booking" page, there should be a button saying "Book your next appt"

  7. Many customers opt to tip via Venmo, and the business would like to be able to capture this in reporting, but also outside of the system so they do not incur cc fees

  11. Ability to void an order where a voucher is redeemed and therefore no payment is applied. Use case would be in the instance of a mistaken closed transaction or accidentally applied voucher where another payment method is preferred.

  12. Requesting to customize a product's unit price at the location level without altering the brand level. The reasoning behind this is that although we carry the same products across all locations, pricing based on city may differ.

  13. Any instance when a client books with a guest, that guest typically won't provide a phone or email. With such, come time for check-in (when I need them to sign a waiver), I need to make up a phone number or email for this individual and check them in myself in order to have the form ready for them to sign when they arrive.

  16. At the moment the time clock reports shows shift dates and their lengths and a total given the report's date parameters. In practice, one would run this report over the pay period and enter that total into their pay calculations. This current method doesn't highlight where overtime may occur. Having single day totals on the report, for instance each shift and then a day total in semi bold and then the total of all during the period shaded and bolded for the total; would allow salons to better see where these overtime shifts are occurring.

  18. It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.

  19. We should be able to see the discount name/reason instead of "offer based discount" in the detailed line item report so we can know exactly which discount was applied and by whom. what use is the discount reason if it doesn't appear in any reports?

  20. See client notes at a glance on the calendar in app and desktop. Easier for all staff to view notes without going into client profile. There should be a clickable option to turn on/off daily client notes.
