  1. I realize there is a cancellation button. It would be great if the calendar marked when there used to be an appointment there and notes when it was canceled, if it was rescheduled, etc. Right now it just shows as an empty spot on the calendar as if there wasn't an appointment there originally. You then have to track down who the appointment was originally for.

    Also, it would be nice if it flagged people that canceled inside/outside of your cancellation policy. Right now someone can cancel with less than 24 hours and we wouldn't know. Thanks!

  2. If a patient is paying in the future or owes for a package, etc., it would be nice to be able to schedule an invoiced date in the future.

  3. It would be super helpful for clients to be able to modify their card on file. Unfortunately as it stands now they have to call our office (which isn't always open) and since we operate virtually it's incredibly inconvenient for patients and staff.

  4. A custom laser package sale may not happen upon their in-person consultation. The client may leave with a quote sheet and decide to complete their purchase at a later date. In this case, it would be great to be able to revisit that open order from their profile when they call back to avoid needing to search for it via the Sales tab

  5. Have an ongoing injectables table record and laser record, that is documented but then it automatically pulls forward to the newest injectable and new laser record. So, when opening the new treatment record, you can scroll down and see the ongoing history of the treatment dates and details in the same document (units of botox, laser settings etc) without toggling back and forth and in and out of multiple records to find out the last time a patient did a specific treatment, or what the settings were in past treaments etc.

  6. PLEASE allow checking in & setting up appointments with PHONE # ONLY. Emails constantly create duplicate accounts when a client miskeys or has multiple email accounts. Oh and almost NO ONE even uses EMAIL anymore.

  7. A reportable field that our team could fill in with the next outreach date, a drop-down of why we need to reach out (rebook, membership, customer service are the general drop-downs that come to mind).

    Report on clients without a future appointment scheduled including name, home studio, last appointment date, type of service, dates of last outbound message sent and last inbound message received through Boulevard

  8. Orders will be opened by accident and then left, when reviewing to see if it was an error or if the client owes the company, we have to go one by one and the sysytem refeshes so then we have go back to our place
    very time consuming and a waste of time.
    Just tried to close out all order but this is impossible
    I should be able to review the order and the account, return to sales and check it off, once i am done reveiwing a couple of client then I delete them together

  10. I would like if we could have one report that inludes all the commissions from services and retail plus gratuities. Right now we just have the summary report which does not have any details. We have to send many report to each technician instead of one.

  12. The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.

  13. Duplicate and set different parameters for Automated Campaigns.

    Currently I can only run 1 reminder to book automated campaigns with a variable date parameter.

    I would prefer to have two different ones, one to be automated to send 7 days after an appointment, and another to be automated to send 14 days after an appointment.

    Also the ability to rename the automated campaign. Currently I cannot customize the name and its hard to keep track if it is used for something else.

  16. You guys should add more options after an image is uploaded to edit the image. We do a lot of before and afters and sometimes the photos need to be zoomed in and modified a bit to look correct before we can compare two images side by side.

  17. I would like the ability to import data in bulk for my clients. For example, I use an external forms application called JotForm. We have collected birthdays and addresses on these forms for the past several years. When we migrated from Square to Boulevard, that data did not come over from our clients because it was not in Square, rather the JotForms so now I would have to go into almost 1500 records one by one and update them, that is silly.

  18. There should be a way to have other fields open when you select a specific answer. For example, there is a question about whether this is there first time visiting the clinic, if they answer yes then they would get additional questions provided versus someone who has chosen no and already answered more of the client intake questions. There are many use cases for having this functionality.

  19. Some elements in form/charts need follow up questions, they only need to show if the first part is used. It's bulky to have them all show even if it's not relevant.
    Examples:
    Question 1: checkbox A is selected -> show follow-up Question B
    or
    Element 2 photo has markup -> require Question C.

  20. Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.

    I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.
