  1. We are running many different marketing campaigns generating 10-20 leads per day. As it sits there is no API endpoint available to create new client records within BLVD. I think it would make sense to have a GET request to see if a record is in the database - then I would like the ability to POST new client records programmatically via the API. As it sits I will have to use two systems a marketing CRM (hubspot etc..) and BLVD to run the business when in actuality it should be one holistic system... Sales & Production all in one.

  2. Or marked so that staff know when merging or changing things to retain THAT email address rather than others.

    Right now we are using logic to determine which appt was booked by client self-booking and then determining which email address is part of the account used for that booking. But in many instances when merging clients we end up taking a gamble or asking the clients. If the email that is being used to actively book was specified to staff (perhaps also locked so we can't change it since it has actually been verified), then we would avoid some errors…

  3. For instance Cut ($60+) at one location and Cut ($50+) still both being the same service for management purposes. Having this custom location level text for descriptions or names really would help in making businesses aligned on the database side while keeping transparent with clients. Right now we do ($60+) for all locations despite some locations starting at higher or lower amounts.

  4. We would like remove the option for our stylists to edit their own appointments (cancel, reschedule, etc.) but allow them to still be able to edit client notes. Client notes are where our stylists input their formulas and any other important client info from their appointment. It would be helpful if there were more options of what could be turned on and off for each privilege group, rather than so many options grouped together!

  5. When searching to add a product in sales screen (IE: I type Moisture) it will bring up everything with the word moisture. But nowhere on the list tells me what brand the product is from. This would be very helpful when choosing the right product. (Yes I know, UPC code would be the most efficient way). But dont always have a barcode reader reeady.

  10. 1/1/20 08:30-1/5/20 14:45. This would help analysis of any shift based or worker based issues.

    Examples:

    To determine if a staff member is checking clients out with less cost-saving checkout methods.
    To determine which part of the day an error may have occurred.

    To locate particular timing of issues.

  11. Example is if we have to keep appointments on a schedule to track that we need to reschedule them, but do not want the clients being told that "they are scheduled for an appoitnment" when they are NOT.

  15. It is not fare when technicians can add their own request, clients should be assign fairly among the technicians! Only Front desk and manager should be allowed to add a "Request Technician" Tag

  16. Our business just started using Boulevard and as a receptionist I noticed that the Ipad does not instruct the client when to swipe their cards. It displays a tip and signature screen, then goes back to the welcome screen when my side is asking for a card. Can this be updated to tell the clients when to swipe their cards?

  18. Would be great if there was a turn all off scheduling order to clear the defaults to start fresh. The current setup would be problematic for businesses with dozens to thousands of services.

    In Change Online Service Menu, perhaps changing the order of entire categories of services should be duplicated into the scheduling order portion. A branched structure of services seems more beneficial where as large portions would go one and after each other, and then granular controls of the sub branches ordering if need be.

    Additionally the "flexible mode" shouldn't be a before or after, it is more logical…

  19. Assistant who provides bookable service two days out of the week and the other three days is an hourly employee - schedule is setup as unavailable for the two days and available for the other three days. because the way that the employee's shifts are scheduled, he/she/they are unable to clock in.

  20. Make a way so that when a client selects an option such as newsletter opt-in, they are automatically tagged as such. That way you can easily filter clients with a tag who have opted into your newsletter.
